Emailed my travel agent, Travelpack, and immediately asked for a refund as the flight has been cancelled and rearranged.
they emailed back agreeing, but are trying to keep a £25 per person admin fee.
i see this as an absolute win, I’ll fight the admin fee but thank god a refund has been agreed0 -
