The travel agent are currently offering a voucher for travel up to 1 year from the original trip, and it has to be used before July 31st, 2020. Aer Lingus are offering vouchers to anyone who doesn't want to fly that are valid for 5 years. I would imagine that the agent should specify somewhere that they will not honour the airline's offer?
    What are your flight numbers?
    June 16th: EI0203 Manchester - Dublin 8:05am
    June 16th EI0105 Dublin - JFK 2:20pm

    June 27th EI0104 JKF - Dublin 5:20pm
    June 28th EI0202 Dublin - Manchester 7:30am
Are you sure EI0203 is flying,? as it's not flown on a Tuesday since 31st March.

This is what i've been trying to find, as I assume if 1 of the legs isn't flying, i'm possibly entitled to more than a voucher.

It is currently scheduled, according to both Aer Lingus and FlightRadar. I can see your point though. Do you think there's a chance it's a late scrub?

If all on one booking and any leg is cancelled you can claim a full refund of all legs.

Thank you for making me double check this. Just going to have to hope for a very late cancellation as currently the flight is scheduled on FlightRadar, and AL saying it's going ahead.

So my booking has now been moved by 24 hours forward to give me a 28 hour layover in Dublin vs a 4 hours original layover.

Assuming this changes things for my ability to get a refund?

Reject the change has the have cancelled your flight on the Tuesday from Man  to Dublin. and tell them you want a full refund.

First time i've felt like there could be some good news in this. Booking is with a travel agent though, so will have to go through them to get refunded etc but it at least helps me demand one.

They might try and fob you off saying it's a change of scheduled not a cancellation, but it is a  cancellation as the Man to Dub use to fly daily,  now only flies Mon Fri & Sun,  so the other 4 days have been cancelled.
