Aer Lingus, flight not cancelled, my rights?

Hopefully this is the right place, if not please help point me where i need to be.
I purchased flights with Aer Lingus (via a 3rd party, but they are irrelevant right now) from Manchester to NYC-JFK via Dublin on June 16th, returning end of June.
Aer Lingus have not cancelled the flight, even though anyone on the flight would be denied entry at the US border and stranded overseas. Aer Lingus are refusing a refund, under the basis that the flight is going ahead. It seems they are telling me my options are to take a useless voucher, or to strand myself abroad.
Where do I go from here?

The service is being provided. The flight is scheduled.1

Your contract is for Aer Lingus to fly you to JFK. If they are able to do this then they will have fulfilled their part of the contract. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales1

Yes, the entry requirements of the country you are flying to are not their concern.0

Or, claim on your travel insurance, an option you dont seem to have even considered.
There is no point being arsey with me, I am merely telling you how it is from their point of view.3 -
If you purchased travel insurance you may be able to make a claim from that if US entry restrictions no longer make your travel plans viable. Do you have travel insurance?1
