I was harassed daily for months for thousands of Euros by Waters & Gate purporting to act for Milan Police for alleged speeding on the tangential. I refused to pay up as I knew it was fraud.  Waters & Gate had spotted a unique opportunity to make money following Brexit having obtained contact details of traffic offenders. I had in fact dealt with this with the Polizia Provinciale and had a record to this effect, also supported by the relevant website link which I invited them to check. The harassment continued until I wrote to the Ombudsman cc'n Waters and Gate and I never heard from them again. In fact I should have reported them to the Law Society rather than the Ombudsman, as they were purporting to be a form of Solicitors. I see now that they are debt collectors. a dubious firm with dubious credentials.

They harass you because they have to prove to their masters they are good ?  CLEARLY NOT

UK county court judges WILL NOT  rule on anything outside the UK, how can they ?

All you can do is IGNORE the rubbish

Do not get "debt" collectors confused with debt collectors.

 A debt is only a real debt if it can be proven - usually through the courts.

 The types of debt collector in these cases have as much power as you, me or anyone else 

By reading anything else on this site, you agree to pay me £100 ( reduced to £60 for early payment within the next 30 minutes)

Just like the above text in italics, these debt collectors as mentioned here have as much power as a fart in a hurricane.

 The only advice on what to do about them is, as with anything you have that demands money, keep any letters in a safe space for at least 6 years
