Thanks i think im just nervous after reading some of the Trust pilot reviews that people say right at the last minute they were declined. Thanks for the replies and support!

Just emailed my broker AGAIN asking if we can book valuation in 🙈

I feel the same as you! We're in rented accommodation at the moment and have to give 4 weeks notice. The date of entry for our new home is supposed to be 2 weeks this coming Friday,  but I haven't given notice yet as I'm still so worried they will decline us!
Nothing has changed for us since we applied,  so technically there should be no reason for them to do so, but I still can't take that chance!
Hope you hear something soon.x

We are the same as you in rented accommodation and have to give notice. We have also had the sellers tell us that if they don't receive  prove of our mortgage offer soon. My mortgage advisor has now escalated it but where that may get us i dont know. Thank you i hope you hear soon too x

I know what you mean, I have read those reviews too. We are in a static caravan with young children and no heating.... its cold!! Desperate to know if we are getting an offer or not because if they're going to decline us we will rent somewhere instead of living in these conditions as its getting colder. 

I emailed broker regarding valuation. She said no as our case is complex and they won't proceed until they are happy to. It'll be offer subject to valuation. 🙄

We are also in rented and have read the reviews. Some of them say offer pulled the day before completion. If you go back in the news at that time Vida were having credit line issues, there has been a massive investment into the business so this is unlikely to happen again. Also for every bad review there will be 200 who were fine but just didn’t write a review 🤷‍♀️
