    No it doesn't.
If you google "garage overfilled oil" (in inverted commas), it comes back with 64 results. If however, you google garage overfilled oil (without the commas) then you get 497,000 hits as the results will include any website with those 3 words in irrespective of where on that website they appear.

497,000 sounds like a lot but if you Google Elvis is alive, it gives 17,400,000 hits so going by your earlier post, Elvis must really still be alive cos Google says so.
He wants people to follow youtube videos like he did, yet he doesn't even know how to google...

Regardless of daft arguments over googling we can conclude that garages overfilling oil is a significant problem. There are also 30.4 million hits on "garage forgot oil". So this too is a massive problem. Surprisingly "garage underfilled oil" only has 397,000. So it seems that garages forgetting to put oil in is a greater problem than overfilling which is commoner than under filling. Why bother with all that? Just DO IT YOURSELF and know THE JOB'S BEEN DONE RIGHT.

"Well, yeh, OK, I'm bang to rights there, but let's gloss over it, eh?"

...and then you go and double-down by doing the exact same thing again.

Do you actually know what the quotes in a search term are for, Fred? Without them, it will find any page with the words included, regardless of proximity or context. With, it searches for the actual phrase.

"garage forgot oil" - in quotes - ONE result. Oh, wait. That one result is actually "Garage forgot oil cap"
"garage underfilled oil" - in quotes - 396k.

If one didn't always talk like someone who knows everything, then people would be more forgiving.

If you Google 'Coronavirus 5G' it comes back with 645,000,000. Does that make it 1000 times more true? No. You're talking cobblers.

Reports of garage activity on the internet will never be accurate as only people who have been aggrieved post about it.  People who have received decent service from a garage will virtually never post about it on the internet as they have no reason to ask for advice.

6m hits for "garage ate bat". 12x as many as for "garage overfilled oil".

400k for "garage ate covid bat", and 380k for "garage ate 5g phone"... So that happens nearly as often as they overfill oil, going by FredLogic.

There's even 405k for "garage run by reptilians" - and 8.5m for "garage run by aliens". Only 440k for "garage run by David Icke", though.

This is getting silly. It's a serious issue when a garage wrecks your car.

    Nobody said otherwise.

We're just shooting massive holes in the "evidence" you used to "prove" that it's common.
