i make after eight vodka, its very nice n goes down a treat, not sure of the exact quantities but basically put your vodka , pref smirnoff,(cheap stuff works but its kinda harsh) after eight style mint thins and some water in a blender/food processor and mix it up for a few minutes, then put back in the bottle/s and leave in the fridge. Remember to give it a good shake before drinking. I made jelly baby vodka the same way once but it was very sweet.0

What's the difference between condensed, carnation and evaporated milk? I note that some of the Bailey's recipes use 2 of them. I thought they were all the same thing.0

Evaporated milk is the consistancy of single cream, very creamy and a little sweet to taste. Condensed milk is the consistancy of honey and is INCREDIBALLY sweet. You can eat it from the tin with a spoon (yummmmmm) Carnation do both sorts but there are other brands.0

Got 3 bottles of Sloe Gin and 1 bottle of Sloe Vodka on the go ...I enjoy a pint of beer each night for it's health benefits. The other pints are for my witty comebacks and flawless dance moves.0

Fruit liqueurs - mix ingredients in the ratio of one pint of spirit to one pound of prepared fruit and one pound of sugar. Store in big jar on windowsill, turn jar every day to dissolve sugar. After 4-6 weeks strain and bottle.
I can recommend raspberries with white rum, strawberries with vodka, clementines with brandy, lemons with gin (bit like Limoncello). There are loads of other combiinations possible, any ideas? One life - your life - live it!0 -
