Oh my word, the spelling mistakes in my last few posts!
DH spent £10 at the shop on beer and pop.
TC went into the bank today.
DS had his swimming lesson this morning and after just 6 lessons he swam the length of the pool with no armbands. It wasn't too long ago he was still petrified of water.
I helped DH an DS1 put some concrete plinths into the fence as all our panels have broken and we have quite a few plinths about, 6 down, about 40 to go.
Had a letter about DH old pension, he left there after being made redundant 7 years ago and nothing going into it. There was £600 of charges on the £13k. There will be nothing left by the time he retires. I have no idea if he can even move it.
I have my occupational therapy appointment tomorrow and I'm already panicking. Shopping coming from 11 and then Nothing else planned.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

It feels a bit chilly this morning.
Banks checked, £12 from college gone in for DS1 and shopping is showing at £93 it was £100 so must be some items missing.
Dragged myself up for my phonecall this morning. Just having a cup of tea after that, I needed it. I need to clear hall ready for the shopping and clean out the rabbit. No idea what else will get done today. I could do with paying the car and council tax aswell.
DS1 will be waiting for the postman for his AS level results, he didn't want to go in to fetch them yesterday as he hates wearing a mask.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

Not much to update today.
Did have to ask DH to get some chocolate this morning as id brought the wrong one for cheesecake.
Got the letters for the children going back to school this morning. Its a scary thought.
Need to clean living room today, its a tip. Also have to rewash the whole of DD2 wardrobe as there has been an awful smell in there for the last few days and yesterday she found the cat had pooped in there 🤢! Will put something on her doors to stop him opening it, he is absolutely horrendous for using clothes as a litter tray.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

The rain has arrived. Looking at the weather its here for at least the next 2 weeks. I'm now feeling very very guilty that my children haven't left the house properly since the end of March and summer may be over.
Nothing much to update, a couple of small spends by DH at work last night but thats it.
Need to try and rearrange the conservatory to get the chair in there today, they are so big and heavy I might have to wait for DH to move it. Looks like I'll need an airer up to dry some of DDs clothes, all that lovely weather and the cat decides now is a good time.

Hello. Wishing you well after reading all about you and your family. Just to mention about your OH and the pension that he might try contacting Pensionwise for free advice. Website is www.pensionwise.gov.uk. It is a pity to let it drawdown in charges and if he has another pension now perhaps he can pull it across.2

Thank you. Will definitely get him to have a look at that. He has 2 from the same company as they changed it about a year after he started, the second doesn't have much in it though.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

Hey Charlie’s Tribe. I’ve just had a lovely afternoon reading your whole diary! You’ve managed to get so much done! Well done on all the room clearing and getting stuff out of the house. I hate going through the children’s toys for the charity shop, as they always see stuff they NEED To keep!I hope everything works out ok with work, big hugs x2

Thank you missymoo. We have definitely done 20 years of hoarding, that's probably where all my money has gone.
It was nice when the person from a few weeks ago has turned up twice this week and its looked less cluttered each time.
I've made a start on the conservatory. Added some shelves into the bookshelf that hadn't gone on yet, so I could move books from other shelves on to there and then take toy boxes off the floor on to the then empty shelf. Not much has left but its looking tidier already. I have a pile of books that are now way too young for mine but I really don't want to part with them (we have millions of books) especially after DD1 dropped her plans for the next 3 years 🤰😱 I know we are pretty safe for at least 2 years but I'm not ready to be a granny yet. I might box them in to the loft along with the train sets and mountains of happyland toys.
Just doing a chicken dinner and will see if I can get a bit more done. I am really loving this bit of energy after years without any.

Its been too much of a spendy week! A last minute phone call from a relative meant a trip to the zoo. It was an expensive day for zoo, picnic, ice creams and the girls had teddies from the shop. Its the first time they've been out since march so they did really enjoy it.
£90 to debt has come out today and shopping has just arrived. DH fetched all the rabbits food, hay etc, was just under £20 but lasts ages.
Not much else happened this week and no plans yet for the weekend.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

Morning. Accounts checked and app updated. Just some small spends from DH overnight and dinner money from college has gone in. I have ordered the girls school bags this morning, more than i wanted to spend but its ones they had asked for and hopefully they'll last a couple of years now theyre in secondary.
I spent yesterday spending way too much time on room arrangements and decorating ideas. If DD1 definitely isn't coming home I might move the girls back into the smaller room as id feel guilty leaving them in the big room when the older boys are crammed in the box room. The girls have somany ideas of what they want to do but none of their ideas are cheap but it won't be for a while yet anyway.
I have so much i need to do but the bit of energy I had a couple of weeks ago seems to have vanished and not doing great on the finishing 2 rooms goal. (I've also only lost 2.2lb so failing on most goals again).
Better go and get DS a drink and drag the girls out of bed (they were still awake gone 1 after a spider decided to walk straight above DD2 and she wouldn't get back in bed after DS1 removed it to outside).LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554
