Nips in, leave tea and chocolate to tempt you.
Thinking of you, and hope all is well.

Thank you Sam, I so need that chocolate.
I am so tried and drained and don't feel like there was much to update. I will try to pop in a bit more often.
I've been doing a walking comp against my sisters hoping it might give me some energy but so far it's just given me sore ankles and late nights doing fitness videos 😂 I have 2 hours to get 7000 steps for 200000 steps in April so guess what I'm doing before bed!
I've been pretty good with the snacks too and I've lost 5lb (I think).
My update for the end of April before I go exercise is

Thanks Sam. Until my sisters added me to the app I was lucky to make 2000 steps a week. The anxiety and the need to finish things has done me a little bit of good. Most of the steps were done to online workouts but we have done the odd walks out locally where I knew it would be quiet and no-one about.
Went on the scales today and it was officially 5lb off, I did have a sneaky stand on them Thursday but Saturday is weigh day. I did make a huge chocolate cake with chocolate fudge icing with the children today though and I did have a slice.
Today DH fetched a bit of shopping and filled the car. I have the big shop coming tomorrow. Nothing else spent today.
I have stared sorting through the huge amount of storage boxes we have stacked in our bedroom today. I have emptied 3 large boxes. 1 is now full of rubbish, 1 has any of the girls toys that I found (not many) and the 3rd has a small pile of baby books in ready for my nieces visiting or possible grandchildren in the next year! It was fill of books from the room switch but most are now back on the bookshelf. Can't believe we were keeping rubbish!
Right better go to bed.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

Oh decluttering as well - you are doing well. We all do it don't we, I mean keep things to save money etc but forget what we have kept and it ends up taking up space.
Keep going you seem to be doing brilliantlyGrocery challenge Feb £107/£100-epic fail due to cake and biscuits

Thanks Sam.
Not a lot spent last few days. DH bought some beer and sweets for the children and shopping arrived Sunday and I think that's it.
I've been looking at my cards, there's £1800 left on it and the 0% interest rate ends this week. Somehow I've managed to save £5300 in the new roof fund over the last few months and I'm wondering if I can borrow some to pay it off then pay it back in quickly with what would have been the monthly payment for that card send the Cfinance payment.
Also need to sort car insurance in next few days, I keep meaning to do it but my heads sll over the place.
Not much walking/exercise done but sorted through a few more boxes. I have a nutribullet thing to put up for sale, still boxed, I won it just after buying one a few years ago, can't believe how much they still sell for. 6 boxes of stuff and it's the only thing worth anything 🤣
I've gone through a huge box of clothing and have 3 bags that are bin/skip (not sure what else to do with them, definitely not wearable) and 2 bags for charity shop. I'm coming to terms with being a horder!
Struggling to sleep, anxiety through the roof over something silly. Over the weekend family borrowed a bouncy castle and DH also made them balloon models for their DDs birthday. They loved them and tried to tell him to go back to selling them. I tried to explain that you really need friends and family backing to do things like that, that we don't have. To prove a point I put them on FB and they have been completely ignored except by my cousin that had them. I knew they would be but it still hurts, especially when they'll be on the phone in a few weeks wanting balloons for all the kids summer birthdays.
Well didn't mean to write all that but it's there now. I better go and try to sleep.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

I first read that as DH buying beer for the children 🤣 (it’s still early).
Well done on the decluttering. I think there’s a rag bin in one of our supermarket car parks...where they take clothes that can’t be sold on. I presume they get money by weight for recycling it somehow. It’s better than filling your bin if you can find one of those? Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

I think I would use some of your roofing fund to pay off the CC with the 0% finishing. It's seems silly paying interest on your card when you have money sitting in an account earning very little interest. The only time it's worth keeping the savings is if there interest rate is higher than the rate on your CC and that's never going to happen except when the card is 0%!
I'm sure you can soon repay the roof fund if you use what you have been paying to the card into it.

Haha, winterWarrior he has actually tried, the older 2 are 17 and 19 but neither are interested and have never had a drink. I don't drink so think he wanted drinking buddies.
Thank you, I'll get DH to have a look on the carpark, I know at one point they took all recycling bins out as everyone was flytipping and it was overflowing in to the carpark.
Thank you Joedenise, I definitely think I'm going to use some. It will leave enough for if DH does do it himself but I'm trying to convince him that having someone do it would be so much easier (I've seen all the jobs he half does and could do with that not being one of them 🤣).
Not much done yesterday. I did a clean up downstairs as while we have been sorting through things the dogs have been leaving me a fur carpet. I can see the clumps already, hate it when they all moult together.
DH was at work last night and I couldn't sleep again! Was still awake at half 2.
I've just got back from DS2 swimming lesson and having a drink then need to get some washing out as it looks like the rain will be back after today.
Need to pay the council tax, sort the car insurance, and pay dance gym fees but should be no other spending today.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

DH car insurance renewal was £470. I've just done a quote and got it at £280!! Need to get DH to check I've not made any mistakes before I do it.
Dance now paid.
Need to find council tax letter to pay April/may. I really need to set up a direct debit for it.
Washing out but it has since rained but I've left it there. Nothing else done except some diary reading/catchup.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554
