Afternoon! Thank you all so much for your kind words about Dexter. He was a tremendous character and I will miss him so much. The fallen stock guy came to pick him up this morning as we are not allowed to bury him on our land because goats are classed as farm animals. He was lovely and very respectful and I gave my boy a pat goodbye as he went in the van. Dex will live on in Lightning, his son, who was born this spring. We are keeping this little guy and have left him entire to breed from, so the line continues.
Just taken delivery of some enormous concrete rings and associated building materials for the construction of a second pumping well in the back garden to help when the floods come. Builder is a client of my dog boarding business so I'm hoping he will do a good job. Job starts on Monday when an eight tonne digger is arriving to create a massive hole in our back garden.
Not done much flying as I've been busy with lorries and forklifts all morning, plus I'm feeling sad, which means I'm allowed to sit and eat chocolate all day. Might do some ironing if I can be bothered. Big hugs, floofy kisses and glitter dust to everyone x11 -
Hello
Just back from paid stuff at school, trying hard to stick as near to a half day at work as I can. We will see. Some children are back in school - taking my hat off to teachers who are trying to make sure all the rules are obeyed.I dusted the bedroom and spare room before I went to work, and loaded the wm. DH has hung it on the line - no rain here apart from the few spots yesterday.
This afternoon I will clean the ensuite, but vacuuming upstairs will have to wait as DD has an online lesson soon and DH has yet more work calls. I ought to do some paperwork but I quite fancy having a rummage through some fabric in my stash, so that I can create some more unfinished projects. Anything other than paperwork...10 -
I'm with you on paperwork Fayolle, I just need to check the tax return once more and put all the documents in order then go through with OH tonight and it can go, but have I?
No, not really done anything, blame the grey damp depressing weather. 2nd load in WM, 1st load in TD. Fridge has been tidied out but still needs to be cleaned properly. Post has been dealt with (filed away properly)11 -

Tomorrow's list is up as I'm not sure I'll be around later. Just called an ambulance out for Dave so may or may not be allowed to go with him, we'll see.
Although I'll probably be home alone just have phone contact as you can't have anyone at the hospital with you either in A&E or in the Covid area.
Can I ask for lots of purple uffle dust and plenty of the Flylady vibes this way please, I need all the help possible. Huge hugs xxxMortgage Free as of 20.9.17Declutter challenge 2023, 2024 🏅 🏅⭐️⭐️

(((Hugs))) spoons, posivibes, purple dust and lots of love to Natty and Dave xxxx
Today I have
- delegated hoovering to DH
- finished the photocards (but missed the post)
- chased up 2 banks (over an hour waiting time for one) and moved some money
- tried to phone a friend but her mobile is 'currently unavailable'
- spoken to the fencing guy when he delivered he panels - he is coming tomorrow at 10.00 to put them up
- moved the lily pot onto the cast iron garden table so that we see them from the kitchen window, and swept up the woodlice that had been living under it by the doorstep
- done online jigsaws
- messed around on FB
- made lunch (beans on toast, but not as posh as Valli's!)
- slept for 2 hours this afternoon
- made a cuppa, with which we ate the last of the cake
That's all. Rosie will get her walk shortly. Evening meal will be the last of the cold joint from Sunday with jacket spuds, leeks, carrots, cauli and gravy because I can't be bothered to think of anything else.

Natty, thinking of you both, massive hugs, posivibes etc to you both x
Not much flying being accomplished here, work has gone a bit crazy, weekend will have to be catch up time. I’ve kept on top of the dailies and the basics so the house hasn’t descended into a midden just yet. DH spending most of his time in his office and I’m in mine so the other rooms not really being used much!
Hope you are all ok, another busy day ahead for me tomorrow so my next progress report will probably be on Saturday.Hugs to all x7 -
Posivibes, purple dust, hugs and much love heading your way Natty xx
