Sorry to hear Mothernerd about your repayment.Yeh abundant to your car ownership. Lovely having the feeling no rush to pay everything else off.I now only owe all of £280 . Have the money to clear it but it's interest free so not rushing.NSD today brings me up to 6.Work is not busy which means the day is dragging, spent the majority of it, sorting out my bank accounts and savings.Struggling with hay fever and sneezing today.Mothernerd trying to think of some fun to include in my to do list. Does a session with Mr Motivator count as fun ?Need to attack my bathroom tonight, not sure how hair dye got as high as the ceiling, think a deep clean is needed. I would love to change my bath and get bathroom re tiled but had a fair few problem leaks with this bath, don't fancy going through it all again. Major clean up will do for now.Grateful forHeavy rain not arrived as yet.Hair seems to have settled down today, so wild after washing it, too thick, too curly and too long.Looking like shops may open in Wales in 2 weeks time, none hardly within 5 miles radius for me though.Still smilingLBM 13039 1.1.13 Now £0 Finally Debt FreeMortgage free Oct 2019:)EFund/savings £25000 10/11/225

Plodding along here. Nothing much to report but I'm glad to see that the Scottish government is thinking about relaxing tourism from 15th July all being well. I might get my autumn holiday after all. Now that is an encouraging thought. Still a long way to go though so I'm not counting my chickens just yet.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.6 -
Thankful for some sunshine this evening, using things up (and making huge carrot cake muffins and dbl choc cookies in doing so), DD helping DS2 with schoolwork, maybe being able to get a full refund on unused D1sney and Un1versal tickets for this Summer (fingers crossed - will mean if so that we'll then *only* be out of pocket by around £1550... for the cancelled trip
), for getting some paperwork sorted

I've ran out of coffee. I should maybe stop here.
I've pulled some blankets out ready for the static caravan. There's whispering that the site may be opening in the winter because of the closure now and I have managed to sprout some lettuce! I put mine in the soil very late. It won't sustain me but a start in terms of growing my own food. There was a time when I thought I had a black thumb. Maybe I haven't then.
I don't think I am making sense. It's a coffee issue, sure. I'll get some tomorrow. Tomorrow I might make more sense to you all.

Today I am grateful for a good day, for dd getting her schoolwork done, for free bus travel (6 buses to and from the only sainz that has certain gf/df products for dd), for a challenging workout, for the robin that keeps visiting our back garden, for getting an orthodontist appt for dd for next month.

PF - we've worked out which sainz stores have which products, and as their basic ranges have reduced to make way for sweet things and even-more-ridiculously-priced bready items, we are left with this 1 sainz store as our 'local' one for breadsticks. Either 3 buses doing 3 sides of a square but do-able on one fare each way on oyster, or the one side of the square on a non red bus and costing 4x as much just to get there, let alone back again! There is another sainz that has them, but it's in town and the last time we went to that town was 2 months ago, and no plans to return as yet. (Especially as the car is probably defunct thanks to a pillar in our aldee basement car park jumping out as dh reversed...)I'm okay with eating 'normal' food that is naturally gf, but dd isn't at that point. And has to refrain from dairy too... So it's worth the palaver to keep her eating!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!6

Hi all just checking to do a bit of reading, so much activity and some people slowly getting back into the world. I am quite determined for my new normal to be more proactively defined by me and ideally with a much shorter commute and a new boss!?!?! Mainly a new boss. I love my colleagues, but I don't feel I'm doing a great job, and the overall setup makes me feel disengaged.
I am exploring the options for a relevant management Masters, or anything that will move me on work wise! Not the best time for a change though so will put my best face on and get ready for September. Anyways too many distractions: Today I am thankful for supportive friends, for a lot of things slowly coming together(3 big things now lined enabling me to apply for citizenship in a few months), for people now being able to see their non resident partners and thinking I might have a bit of a look around!Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%
