Hi hypno, hi all  I've just got back online for a bit after a couple of long days.... birthday cake (can I have some please? pretty please?) and a windows fund - do you know, I was thinking of doing that very thing! Even if nothing else happens, I *have* to have new windows, the ones I didn't replace last year are falling to pieces, literally.

I've also been working, doing 6 hours of Continuing Professional Development. There were 4 students on there, just finishing their counselling diplomas, and they gave me a new acronym: AFGO... another f****** growth opportunity! Excellent!

No growth please, just debt-freeness. Have a good evening!

Yrp, i always think of alternative names as well-
Plausable deficit-usually course is always lacking in essentail info.
Pathetic day-but grub is usually good
Do you refer to these days as menu and venue days as well?
and quite a few rude ones depending on the provider!:D

    Good morning all.

Today is supposed to be race training but the children are very tired so I have decided to let them stay at home. DS is awake but DD is asleep so I will leave her there for a while.

They would have to get away from training early anyway to watch It Pays to Watch so I suppose it makes sense to just stay here for once.

I am hoping to get on with some of those niggly paperwork things that I have not made time to do. They form quite a large element of my "to do" list so if I can get some of them out of the way then I will be achieving a reasonable amount. I have already typed up one letter to Barclays this morning.......

I also need to finish my bedroom off, and do the ironing for the KNACKERED challenge.

I hope you all have a good day xx
