    does the OH washing the floor & filling the dishwasher count for the KNACKERED challenge???

    traded him a home-made thai stir-fry lunch for it, so it's been a NSD as well!

    (puts a whole new spin on trading favours doesn't it???:rotfl: )

    There's a pile of ironing & clean cloths to be folded waiting here for Monday, with all of you for inspiration it should get done!

    I AM knackered!
    Done Bathroom Kitchen & dining room - just wisked hoover over lounge and sprayed air freshner - if I turn out the lights and just have candles they won't notice the dust will they?
    Off to cook!

    Oh Pooh! That'll be the kitchen needing doing again shortly!

    Just got in from work so having some dinner then I will finish off cleaning my bedroom. That will have to do for today - lounge tomorrow........

    I will finish working in the bar next week - I have said that they can call me in for cover, functions etc, so I am not giving up completely, but I will be able to have most of my weekends back! (for housework!)

    I have taken a leaf out of Taxi's book - I need new windows so need to save up for them. I am going to put any client money that I receive in a cash ISA and save up for the windows. Hopefully I will be able to get at least the worst ones done before the winter.

    Thinking ahead but when you do get your windows make sure you're with a company that are FENSA registered and they register your windows or you'll have a very large bill if you ever move and a lot of hassle!

    Gemmz, it will take me so long to save up for the windows that they will probably have brought in a new registration system by the time I am ready to look around!! I do intend to move house in the future though, so will make sure we do things properly. I have enough hassle in my life as it is - don't want any more!
