Anyone who has urges to clean and iron is always welcome at my house......and anyone who wants to join in lardy walkers/runners or housework challenges is more than welcome!! I did finish the kitchen off yesterday (only so it is company-ready, not the bits that can't be seen) so that looks a bit better.

Today I have clients this morning, and then am in the bar this afternoon/evening. OH is taking the children to the ski club this morning so that gives me an extra hour or so to get showered and have another coffee or two.

Today I will tell them, in the nicest possible way of course, that I don't want to continue with the bar. I think my feet will be happy with the decision!

I will miss the money, but I will just have to find a way of replacing it. Alternatively, I could make Saturday afternoon my housework afternoon and save the money on a cleaner, which would then offset what I lose in earnings from the bar.........

Hi GTD.....I have even made a start on the upstairs............although I now have to go off and see clients and go to work etc, so housework will just have to wait.

I look forward to seeing that photo of the cupboard under the stairs.....it could be my motivational picture of the week
