    Afternoon!! Just got back from Pania's where I have (rashly) committed to start running again with a view to running the marathon again next April.........:eek: We go for our first gentle jog around the block on Sunday evening :eek: :eek:


    Pania needs to take things easy because of the problem with her eye, and I need to take things easy because I am lardy and unfit and currently couldn't run for a bus :o
