Just popping in to say hi. Hows the non RC diet going?

Helloooo ISOM!! Non Diet is going fine - have lost 3lbs so am happy with that. It takes me to 11st 1.5 lbs so a real effort is going to be applied to get under 11stone this week. To see 10 stone something will be a huge boost, and then I can hopefully get to the low 10s before I go skiing.

How about you? I see that sea78 has lost a HUGE amount this week :T

I have just walked to the shop to buy some bread for OH packed lunch tomorrow, so a few extra calories walked off - it is a beautiful evening out there, and I could quite happily have walked further really.

Just thought I'd tell you I got my assignment back passsed but not as good as I would have like. But I have at least started to read the next unit!!!!!

Hows your college work coming along?

Glad the non-diet is working - was the Times site any use? I've managed to lose 5lbs so far -s o well pleased with that.

Assume your children are really enjoying themselves - how long are they away for and how does there school feel about that?

Hey, a pass is a pass!! Well done!!

I haven't got mine back yet, and won't do so for a couple of weeks. got an observation tomorrow so nervous about that, but it has to be done!!

The children seem to be having a good time - I did ring DD this evening, but she was in the middle of a quiz, so she got rid of me pretty quickly then sent me a text to say she had bought some shampoo that makes her hair shiney!! No mention of schoolwork or skiing :rolleyes: Their school is fine about it - there are 3 children from the school out there, and the school liaises with the tutors out in France to make sure that the children are doing the same work as their "home" classmates.

In fact I have seen the school's deputy head at this meeting I have been to tonight. It was a programme for the children on the sports element of the gifted and talented thing, so the school are fully behind their training. Their school is a sports college so are well clued up for this type of thing. We are really lucky with it all.

I have only been on the times website a little - not had much time this week, but will be going back on there this evening to log my weight loss!
