Go for it hypno! I always have soup & pitta bread as its easier & I can batch cook & freeze it then just grab one out the freezer in the morning! The RC parsnip & carrot is delicious!

Hello everyone. Hypno, good luck with the slimming.

Mooloo, if you do start your own thread please pop on here and tell us so we know where to find you. I am another one that really admires you. Looking after the girls and the babies, and your son as well, must be really taxing and exhausting and I really hope there is some let up in the housing and bodyguarding situation very soon. If the social workers and housing dept aren't doing all you need, have you tried talking to your Councillor? They might be able to move things along faster.

Hi P! I almost pass your door every evening on my way home, I will pop in one day soon and grab a coffee!! How's life with you?

Seax, I agree, Mooloo does so well. I hope you get things sorted soon, Mooloo. It will be pretty crowded once the little ones start crawling

Parsnip and Carrot soup sounds fab! I wish there were photos on the site, lots of words, but I NEED PICTURES!!

I've made some soup which i'm eating at lunch times till it comes out of my ears. Carrots, parsnips, onion, mushroom and turkey which had been frozen from christmas. It's yummy though it looks more like sludge than soup.

    Hi Hypno

I don't know if you can have couscous on RC but what I do every so often is mix up a HUGE bowl of couscous with loads of onion, peppers, toms etc and divide it into 4 or five containers, leave in the fridge and just grab one each morning :D

In the meantime have a :coffee: on me!

    Hi hypno

good luck on the weight loss - I've put on quite a bit recently, tho I can still just about fit into my clothes, they're getting really uncomfortable. I find I can't keep any treats in the house at all - even savoury ones like crisps. It means when I do buy them, I don't buy at dfw prices, but then I don't eat very many, and my clothes fit, which is always nicer!

Good morning! I have been good and had breakfast, and lunch is made and ready to take, along with healthy snacks! dinner is yet to be decided, but will be something yummy and diety!

Moneywise, I need a NSD today, to combat the money I spent on the diet thing yesterday. No money will go anywhere with me today.

I hope you all have a good day xx

    Hi Hypno
Glad everything is going well - shame iIdidn;t read the posts yesterday as The Times and Tesco both have free weight loss and support programs on the net.
I'm sticking to the "bowl of cereal for breakfast and lunch" diet - and proper dinner (low fat of course!) and have lost 4lb so far.
Hope you get on ok at the gym today - I'm aquarobicing tonight with daughter who is 5ft10ins and a size 8-10 ! :rotfl:
    Have a good day!

Oh yes - have sent assignment off at long last !!!!!!

I'm getting up a bit later, so I missed you, shame..... glad you've got the healthy food sorted out... as for me, I'm just about to eat the last of the wheat products, and then I'm clear of everything thats toxic to me. From then on, I'm going to be hitting the milk thistle and the vitamin pills, as well as upping the level of veggies and fruit. Hope your day is going well - have you seen your friend again yet? Is it today you're going to the gym? If it doesn't rain, I'm *definitely* going to do *something* in the garden - deep breathing and aerobic exercise in spades.

Hope your day has gone well.
