:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Plus I've just being checking the nationalrail site - my mother was supposed to be going home today... she's not now! She couldn't cope with the temperature or carrying her own trolley case through that journey, a bus etc - on the way down, I was with her, sorting out the changes AND pulling her case, as well as my own. So she's staying safe in a well insulated, cosy home for today, and going tomorrow.
I was getting a bit worried, it has to be said. Still, now thats sorted, onwards and upwards: coffee, paperwork and wallpaper, in that order!

I have done almost all the nametaping, and as I have done each thing it has been marked off and packed, so we are making progress, slowly.

I think I have finished the nametaping, and almost everything is packed :j
I have tried chasing some of the people re money outstanding - university and student loans in particular but no one seems to be back after Christmas so I am faced with "out of office" email replies and being put on hold for so long I get cut off!! Perhaps I need to do those next week.
I have brought the boxes downstairs for the Christmas decs and will get the kids onto that after lunch.
Currently munching on a peanut butter sandwich - yummy!!
