Hypno I hope the kids get off ok on saturday, tell them I hope they have a totally fab time, just in case I don't get chance to post again, not sure if the hotel we are at tonight has wifi or not.

Have just posted on your diary, Sea - I am not surprised you have had diet coke already, with the early start you were subjected to!

I have a long list of things to do today and tomorrow so here is my list (which doubtless I will add to) for the next couple of days:

• finish nametaping all the childrens' clothes
• pack their mountains of stuff
• dig out passports, sort out their money, paperwork, insurance etc
• make a start on my essay
• plan a block of lessons for next week
• clear the student's room of all the stuff we bunged up there before Xmas :eek:
• do the kitchen
• chase a cheque we are waiting for
• chase uni pay due at the end of December
• do accident paperwork they are asking for
• take tree down and put up in the loft
• while the loft is open, get some other stuff up there
• try and remain positive when the bad news about the car comes through

OK, so that will keep me going until the children leave on Friday night by which time I will be ready to collapse!!

Oh I will be drinking plenty of coffee, of that you can be sure!!

It *is* a list for two days, so perhaps not as bad as it looks, because most of it doesn't matter if it gets done today or tomorrow as long as it gets done!

Blimey, hypno, that *is* a big list! I notice I'm posting an hour after your last post - have you started yet? I'm not sure what I'm going to do today... some is bound to be organisational, I'd like for some to be dfw, and I'd also like to use the steam stripper on the remnants of wallpaper in the kitchen.. lovely choices, yes?

Hi KC, yes I have made a start - just made an overpayment of £50 so can take delight in updating my signature.

Next on the list is the name tapes - they have been bugging me for too long and nothing can be packed until they are done!

Enjoy the wallpaper stripping, KC, I always find it very therapeutic!!
