Dig deep for some inner strength and make sure that you use at least some of that 3 hours for YOU.

Thanks, I will heed your wise reply.
Perhaps I could save a bit of pennies and find a place for a massage or maybe a swim or something< perhaps not the housework. Or the bills.
I had to spend today, get a new dogs lead, as he chewed the otherone, Set me back £10.99 and I got a bone for him aswell, which was another 69p.!
Does that come out of my grocery fund or not?
Bonus was I did find an old Tesco Voucher for £6, but its in my old name so I dont know if I will still be able to use it?

Mooloo, I am sure you will be able to use your tesco voucher, but why not have a look on clubcard deals to see if you can use it for a treat massage or something nearby instead - you can get 4 times the face value if you use deals!

I have no idea how to use the deals, havent had any postings from Tesco since I moved here. Been asking them for my vouchers due, but they have said they are sending me new ones by email? not getting them though. #Told me to update my email with them, which I had? So I am short on them. Perhaps I better look on tesco site and see about the deals. Thanks again for the advise. What would I do without Hypno and her followers?

I find Tesco really difficult to deal with too. Like when I tried to register online, they said my Clubcard number was not recognised. I've given up. I would walk into the store and demand assistance. And while deals might be better value in theory, food is food. I would use it for that.

Mooloo, are the twins giving you their child allowance?

That is a really good point, Seax. Mooloo, make sure that you and the twins are getting all the benefits everyone is entitled to, and make sure that YOU get an appropriate amount of that to cover rent, and your inconvenience and discomfort too. If they are not able to be left on their own, are you able to claim any sort of DLA or attendance allowance for them?
