He's on this forum and posted last night, two threads as JB111. If he has any sense they will discontinue and leave you in peace.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Oh he may well be up for a fight then since theyve actually managed to win 2 claims.
Im going to admit to going to court last November with a friend who was facing VCS, the judge was very critical of the additional £60 and told their rep not to bring it before his court again. They lost and my friend was awarded £85 costs with help from the good people on here.A friend of my friend also won in court the week before, a case about the same car park and particulars of claim, and I have another friend who won against VCS in a case about East Midlands airport, he had no help from anyone and won it himself.2 -
Haha, the day he says hey won in Liverpool (a notoriously bad court who don't get it about PPC scams) we had three reported wins v VCS!
Also it sounds like that win was a hearing on the papers, where the D doesn't turn up and relies on the Judge to 'get it' (not our advice).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Well no doubt he is aware of who I am now.I have to go to hospital on Monday morning for bloods and a COVID swab before my surgery on Thursday so this will be submitted Monday afternoon when I return.Whilst I can follow the instructions to submit it I have two questions regarding the submission.I submit the whole doucument including the counter claim, do I just have a tick box asking if I want to make a counter claim that I check and it will ask for payment?
and how do I include VCSs agent if I want to add them into the hearing?2 -
You're emailing the document, so no tick box! Do not go near mcol!
ring up the ccbc to pay.As in, how do you call their witness? Via a witness summons. Costly.4 -
Ah so I’m counter claiming against VCS only?thought the agent would be included.
I register at the government gateway, log in and acknowledge the claim, then email the defence/counter claim, then call them and pay the fee or do I pay the fee then submit defence/counter claim?0 -
Nice video and probably rare as you have captured a goon just before they become an Endangered species..
The judge will enjoy
PS: Are you sure that was not Keith Lemon ?

I register at the government gateway, log in and acknowledge the claim, then email the defence/counter claim, then call them and pay the fee or do I pay the fee then submit defence/counter claim?Do you mean you want to sue the people that hired VCS? That's the PRINCIPAL. Or something else.If you want to sue the principal, part 20 application needed.4 -
As above.Just email both then call up and pay. Easy and logical.3
