It really isn't too bad dying your own hair. I started doing it when I was about 14! Don't bother anymore - I'm late 60s so decided it's time to grow old gracefully a couple of years ago. PurpleFairy has said all the things I would have said.3

Ok, it’s done, had a few choice words with OH whilst it was going on as it was like the blind leading the blind. Just waiting for it to dry, think it may be too light..... but we’ll see! Thanks so much for the advice! Saved me from a black hair line around my forehead!3

Ok hair dye is ok, but it’s too light, so need to do it again and hair is a fluffy mess because of the brushing and dye. Am trying o be nice to my hair and try and make it grow so it’s disappointing when handfuls comes out when I’ve washed it. Going to get another dye for £4.50 and try again.
lady came and picked Mays bike up so I’m £42 up which is a huge bonus, need to check my numbers but think I may have evened much spending out with my selling, will update later.
Went to the coop and got stuff for nachos and enchiladas, OH paid so isnt out of my budget. Just having a beer and about to watch a film. Love Saturday nights!2 -
Don't dye your hair again too soon. You'll end up weakening your hair and it'll fall out - if you're already handfuls you hair is already stressing. Use plenty of conditioner over the next few weeks and get your hair into good condition before dying it again.
Glad the lady turned up to buy the bike and you're £42 up.
Enjoy your evening with OH.

Morning. Trying not to look at hair, it’s about 2-3 shades too light, but it covered the grey at least! Cut OH’s hair last night. It took over an hour! I’m not great at these things, will need to cut Roo’s at some point too. Stupidly forgot to get the washing out of the machine last night, so that will need washing again 🙄. Not sure what to do for food today, it’s our only day off so it kind of throws food plans out of the window as there’s no routine. Bolognese possibly......
So jobs today, more washing, and sorting. Have a few things to list on the FB page which I should have sold ages ago so hoping to get another £15/£20 from those.1 -
So money wise.... I needed to make back £15 at last count but I have also spent £24 on cardigans and a top for Roo. Along with some curl cream stuff which I think was £4.50 so I needed to make back £43.50 to break even. I got the £42 from the bike and I’ve found £1.50 in the truck so that’s the £43.50 but I can’t spend any more money until I make some more. Although OH will pay me this month, I’m going to try and make the money last for as long as possible, so if I spend any money on unbudgeted for things I have to make sure I have made the money from selling stuff etc beforehand! So that being said, I’m about to list some things on FB, I’m going to try for 5 things. Wish me luck!3

Ok......so...... I made banana bread, it looks AMAZING! And we made smartie cookies which are a little big I should have made smaller ones but they were super fiddly. I’ve tried them and they are delish! I put the washing from yesterday on again and have hung it up, need to put another in. We had bacon sandwiches for lunch/breakfast and have had snacky bits, we’ll have enchiladas for dinner.I’ve put 2 more things on FB, fingers crossed they sell I’ve got 2 things in my amazon basket that I don’t want to buy until I have the money there. One is hair dye and one is satin pillow cases both amounting to £9.49. Pillow cases are me trying to stop my hair from breaking so much!
I've also realised with my shopping I forgot to order any veg 🤦🏻♀️. Hmmm going to mealplan now to see what I can come up with!1 -
Sun-enchiladas
Mon-spaghetti bolognese or shepherds pie
Tue-pasta mince bake or shepherds pie
Wed-Gousto
Thur-Gousto
Fri-Gousto
Sat-Gousto
Sun-sausage and mash
So that’s my meal plan. Enchiladas were amazing this evening, not something I usually cook, but definitely will again. Have saved enough for the children to have tomorrow as they had dippy eggs for dinner as by the time the film finished it was rather late.
Have sold some of the FB things already so have £10, so have ordered the pillow case and hair dye from OH’s account and have given him the £10 although he said not to worry.
Should have 2 more things being picked up tomorrow. So another £13 hopefully. Have ordered 2 things for May as she got £20 birthday money. Need to possibly go to the bank. As I have about £100 odd in cash that is just a bit pointless at the moment, but last time I drove past it there was a huuuuge queue outside!
Back to homeschooling tomorrow, going to do bits and pieces but also do some sewing and making.
I was desperate to get myself a Costa earlier, and as we were all in the car it would have amounted to £10. £10 I don’t have. But we didn’t! I’m very happy about it. And I almost popped to the shop for popcorn, but I refrained! So I’m learning and trying!
I hope you’ve all had lovely Sunday’s.

Ok have made another hair mistake. I put coconut oil on my hair last night, but managed to squirt it all over the walls (OH is going to flip) and I had to wash my hair 4 times to get it out and it smells still! Won’t be doing that again!Sat with the children watching a film before work Drinking tea. They’ve got cereal for breakfast and apple. I’m having banana bread, then porridge After work/workout. Children will have Sandwiches, raisins, crisps a yoghurt and a penguin bar for lunch. I’m not sure what I’ll have.So I need to work, pick up work packs for children’s school work. Home school, Sort washing, Put all of my clothes away, Wash floor, Tidy, play games with the bambino’s. Maybe make some scrunchies......I will NOT go to Costa!2
