Big hugs from me too. I know the feeling of one step forward and ten steps back, but keep picking yourself up and plodding on and you'll get there. Hopefully you'll pick up some new customers in September as everyone gets that 'back to school' feeling and wants to look good in time for Christmas.
If you are feeling rubbish about yourself and it's TOTM it's likely the hormones speaking and in a few days you'll feel better. Stay strong and what can you do to make yourself feel better from what you have? Have a nice bath and a bit of pampering? Anything in your wardrobe that you don't really wear or save for 'best'? Settle down with a good book/magazine and a coffee? Find something new to watch on tv?

I hope it will pass. I guess that’s the thing about holidays. We have such a lovely time away then we’re back and straight into work. But this next 2 weeks are rubbish. Working from 2-11 today, Thursday we’re working apart all day. Fri-sun really long days helping at an event staying in a premier inn. (Sunday is actually my 40th) then OH is working the whole of Tuesday then he goes away from wed-Sunday next week 😢😢. I guess I’m just feeling completely lost again.1

Ok need to shake myself out of this mood. Coffee, Gilmore girls and my studies should help. I need to stop depending on OH being beside me constantly when the children aren’t here to make me happy.1

At work, did manage to get some bits done at home. Put most of my clothes away. Have put a stew in the slow cooker, put a wash load in and hung it up and programmed for tonight.3

It’s been a busy few days and a rather unconventional birthday yesterday but it’s all good. Just getting small ones ready for school. Will post more later x1
