    Hey @jwil

YES! We finally did it, we bought a house, we completed today! First time I have owned (along with the bank of course) a house in 21 years! It feels so amazing.
I cried when the message came through that we’d finally completed. This has been such a long time coming. Throwing every spare penny into the house deposit pot.

I feel like a weight has been lifted.

Thank you all for being there for me through my journey to getting to this point.

Woo hoo!! Huge congratulations!  I'm so pleased for you 🎉🥂😁

Oh thank you all and your kind words. A little tear came to my eye then! I’m just so happy, I didn’t think it would happen, especially not this lovely house. Well it’s lovely for us.

But I’m just wanting to get the house sorted and be all raring to go painting it etc. But of course work is a thing and gets in the way of all of my fun 😁.

I've got work today and some difficult programming to do for Tuesday. I have a free day on Monday to get things done.

I haven’t checked budgets lately and I know I’m going to struggle to pay my tax so I need to loook at that. I took lots of stuff to the charity shop yesterday but kept lots to sell on EBay. My problem is I just need to do it!

Feel slightly worse for wear for downing the champagne last night. But in a good day 😁, although I am going to have to try and do a workout later on feeling like this 😳.

ok so I’ve just been thinking and decided, this weekend needs to be spent sorting money, then I can sort the house. Hopefully I can do the money part today after work.

Right need to get ready for work abs running around dropping small one off at dancing etc.

Thanks so much a again x

Ok…. Had a bit of a tough day.
One of our friends collapsed in front of us with a heart attack….. we did all the right things. Phoned his wife and the ambulance but he then had another huge one in the ambulance. Really awful time. Being so helpless to help or comfort his wife in any way.

Feel really emotional about it. Not sure if he’s ok or not. Waiting to hear. He was really fit and healthy, and 45……

Without sounding dramatic it’s really affected me. Making me think about my own mortality. I’m generally fit, but I Eat rubbish, live on coffee, live on the very edge of stress all of the time, so much so my watch tells me to calm down. I don’t know about family history of anything as don’t speak to many of my family.

I feel like I need to make some big changes. 5 fruit and veg a day would be a start. Much less coffee, and more sleep, stop going out for fry ups numerous times in a week.

I’ve finished work, OH has gone for his 2nd jab and I’ve taken the children to the park. I’m going to do a Sainsburys order whilst I sit.

Could do with a hug actually.
