Thank you!!!! You are such a lovely lot!
Hey @dawnybabes no the mortgage is pretty much the same as the rent deliberately.

That is good news and if you get to the point where you can pay extra you will be bringing the date closer when you fully own your home 😊

Ah thank you all so much! It hasn’t quite sunk in yet!

Can’t wait to start painting and changing a few things. Need to sign on the dotted line first though. Money is of course still the same and super tight as nothing has changed in that respect.

Money is going to be super tight going forward, well, as it has been really. On paper affordability for the mortgage etc looks great. But it’s never that way in real life. So along with the mortgage payments I’m trying to pay back some money I had allocated for something else and there’s a time scale on trying to get it paid back. Along with my 2 huge tax bills. I’m ok in June, but July I’m £180 short and Aug a whopping £658, and it will be that way until Feb! I need to find the extra money from somewhere.

It’s not quite as bad as it sounds as I’ve set my wages, on the budget, at a minimum from the business but it’s likely they will be more than that. But it will be changeable and I’ll have no idea until the month is over. I’m going to advertise this weekend and get things rolling again in the hope I can pick up a little more business. I can cut things like the food bill and spending money. But it’s set super low anyway, but I will try my best.
