Thanks for the well wishes I did feel a bit better through the day and had a good sleep. Felt ok since touch wood, so I don't know what thay was about. Very unusual for me to have a headache. It felt like I had a raging hangover, but I swear that I hadn't touched a drop! Poss hayfever in sinuses? Or too much sun?

Really need to sort out my weight. Lockdown has not helped the other general things... I think I'm about haf a stone heavier than I normally am. I don't have any scales though but my clothes aren't right. I am going back to mfp for a few weeks. Hopefully starting the new job will help. I'm not eating loads or snacking loads, I think it's just that I'm less active and eating the same amount. Going to focus on eating wholefoods and enough protein.

MSE things today:
B/L/D from stores
Go to allotment while it's cooler and dig a bit - lots of digging, raking and weeding
Use free calorie app
Prep everything to take to work tomorrow!
Put washing away
General preen of self. Need to shave legs, underarms etc to unleashing in public
Put a loaf in bm

@carrielovesfanta   My sister's hay fever is very bad at the moment and has lead yet again to a sinus infection for which she has been given antibiotics and a third type of antihistamines to use in addition to everything else she does.

youch. I have been very bad this year but it is managable with over the counter antihistamines luckily
