Good morning!
As I was going to sleep I made myself a mental list, which was:
Round 1
get up & dressed
breakfast
check bank accounts & emails
put on DW
put on WM...…...all before 9am! I almost managed it, but I had to wait for DD2s washing. However, I did clean the bathroom sink, toilet & give the inside of the cupboard a wipe down instead, so happy with that!
Round 2 was going to involve hanging out washing and starting on the summerhouse clear out, before 10! This is going to be slower - the WM wont finish yet for a few hours!
And I haven't had a cup of tea yet, because we ran out of teabags!!!DD2 has popped to the shop so she is getting me some
Round 2
cup of tea!!
clear out DHs tools from summerhouse
clear out cardboard from SH
remove plants from SH
sweep right hand side, and put back what should be there
That will hopefully give me some room to move, so that I can sort out the other (more full) side.
Have a good day everyone!

Thank you everyone for your support last week re. DH and MIL. DH has now gone back to work upstairs in his "office" although I think it is only part time as his boss has been nagging him from what I can hear...lol Regarding all the staff going back to the bank it looks like the offices won't be open till Christmas now. They had notification that due to how the building is etc, and as everyone is working so efficiciently at home, then they are going to hold off till possibly Christmas now for a return. Although DH won't be going back then as he is taking his early retirement between September and December now. I can't keep up with all the changes he keeps doing..all I know is he is going to be under my feel for a fair while...
I'm not sure where last week went, heck not sure where a whole load of weeks have gone..lol I have all good intentions to do houseworky stuff, gardening etc but that is all it is. I'm not sure if I'm still getting my energy back from the suspected Covid that my Dr thinks I had la few weeks ago (where I couldn't breathe for 2/3 weeks without my chest hurting like hell, was laid up for 2 weeks and generally felt like utter !!!!!!!!!) Although if I'm getting it back can it get here really soon please..the sun is nice and I really want to do stuff but body and brain don't want to meet in the middle.
My list for today looks like this:- Clear major hotspot in living room
- Put DH's ironing in storage/ironing box
- Dust living room
- Hoover upstairs
- Hoover living room
- Wipe down sofa
- Change fleece on DH's chair
- Change fleece on dogs chair
- Wash cushion covers
- Change above cushion covers
- Wipe down kitchen cupboards
- Sort out gibble on back of sofa
- Thrown anything not needed
- Put away all towels, from bedroom, in airitn cupboard

How's everyone else getting on today?7 -
There is some serious listing going on here! Everyone is so busy - I just want to flop..
I went to the allotment earlyish, watered what needed it, planted beans, sweetcorn and courgette plants, so those are out of the back garden. I was the only one there apart from a thrush that followed me around, and there was still shade which made it pleasant. On the way back, I joined 2 neighbours for a distanced chat and catch up, then made myself look a teensy bit more respectable (think: ancient frayed 3/4 trousers, thick socks, hiking boots and mad hair...) to go to the shop for bread and the PO to post a flylady package. Now I am back and really ought to start on the kitchen before DH emerges from his latest call in search of food.8 -
