Thank you I managed to get it sorted in the end. But my reports for these jobs were late as there were no instructions on how to listen to the file.
I have emailed them in and explained in the hope that I will not be penalised or not paid.
Many thanks for all your help.does it ask you to dwonload itunes-download if you can then you can always delete afterwards.
send an email to teamleader(on assignment page) telling them the problem if it won't dwonload and if you know what was said during call then input data anyway.Keeper of 2 children, 2 dogs, 2 cats & thankful that you can only have 1 husband at a time.0 -

hi
if they were late because you had to wait for the mp3 import from RE t listen then email the account manager for this assignment-should be near the top of the assignemnt page. You'll find that everyone gets point penalised on phone jobs because the point sytem doesnt know we have to wait for the mp3 transport and automatically deducts 2 pts as a late entry.I just email support team via contact us section and they rectify it.

Hi my report wasn't late because I received the file late that was received the next morning as promised but there were no clear instructions how to get the file and I was not told that it would be in the report once I tried to fill it in. I guess I was being extremely thick! Nevermind at least I will know next time.
Thanks.Keeper of 2 children, 2 dogs, 2 cats & thankful that you can only have 1 husband at a time.0 -
I'm wondering if anyone from a rural area could give me an idea of how many jobs you can get? I live in Cleveland, a county which wasn't even select-able on some sites drop down 'where are you' lists, and I'm wondering if I'll ever get anything out here!
It does appear with some companies. I've done jobs in Cleveland before.
Sometimes it's classed as Northumberland and sometimes it's classed as County DurhamHere I go again on my own....0 -
how about signing up for some mystery shopping companies and then checking what they have in your areas
Note: above post was a reply to jessica b thread below - looked really weird now board guides have sorted all the MS posts so adding this in to explain!

I did not think cleveland existed anymore. What is the nearest town called?
County Durham or Teesside?Excited for Florida - May 2012 :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0 -
Well if it doesn't exist something is very wrong, since the council is called Redcar and Cleveland council!
Nearest major town is Middlesbrough, but minor ones are Redcar and Guisborough. Have to drive for 30mins to hit the 'welcome to county Durham' signs, I always check for Teesside but it's not often there. DOES ANYONE KNOW OF MYSTERY SHOPPING
TRIPS IN SURREY AND LNDON PLEASE:j
Yes I do.
I found out about these by signing up to lots of companies, working hard for them, and checking the sites regularly. All these things take time. Are you suggesting that I should save you this time and just tell you where the jobs are?
Sorry if this sounds grumpy - I think I'm feeling a bit stressed this morning. If your post is a serious question 'are there jobs in Surrey and London' the answer is yes, plenty. But you will have to find them for yourself - there is plenty of info on this thread to tell you where to look!Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -
I'm suffering withdrawal symptoms this week.
Last week I did 13 assignments - this week I've only got one booked (not for the want of trying) and it's not until Friday.
What will I do with myself until then?????We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I'm having a week a bit like that, frustrating as I have time off work so could do laods if there were any.0
