nc1967, I would probably do a phone delivery and like leila said, make sure you put it on your report that the online ordering facility was unavailable.

Changing the subject (slightly!) lol ... if anyone from Retail Eyes wants to recommend me then i'd be happy to be recommended ! Thanks in advance :0)

Thanks - will do as you suggest.

Lets just hope it is really lovely!!!
  • I had the exact same problem today too. I asked for something to take away so I could compare offers and they were so reluctant and told me just to take a price book . Ended up with something wrote on some headed paper in the end but certainly wasn't what was requested but it would have been so clear of my intentions if I had asked specificially for the pad document. I've scanned that in and sent it off in the hope that this will be acceptable.

Have just got back from a MS and I've mucked it up by not getting a receipt (not a receipt as such but I did need to obtain some paperwork). Basically sales assistant wasn't very good and as I'm fairly new to this, it completely threw me and I left without getting the correct 'receipt'. I've emailed GAP and explained but I guess I won't get paid now

Oh well, have to learn by my mistakes ! Just bloody annoyed at myself !

Anyone else ever done this before? What do they do with you !

I once did a mystery shop on a flight from my local airport to Glasgow, through Retail Eyes. The airline was a bright orange budget one.

There are companies out there that do such work, but the terms and conditions that shoppers agree to when working for the companies do not permit us to share that information.

Best advice is to join as many mystery shopping agencies as you can, and you'll find out which ones offer the jobs you are after.
Here I go again on my own....
  • Yeah you do have to watch out
  • DOES ANYONE KNOW OF MYSTERY SHOPPING
TRIPS IN SURREY AND LNDON PLEASE:j
  • I did some telephone job's for RE.

It said I would receive the audio file to listen to which would help me complete my report. I got an email saying that my audio file had been imported but no details how to download it - what do I do? Any help would be appreciated.
