I wonder if anyone can help. I've just completed a fast food mystery shop. I've completed my online report for GB but it keeps bringing up the same error message telling me i haven't put a comment in for 'other' on Q32. . I HAVE put a comment in and it keeps telling me i haven't. I've tried to contact GB but no response.
I'm worried i will not hear from them before the 8 hour report deadline.
Has anyone else had an error that kept appearing even when you've corrected everything. Any tips on what to do?
thanks.
I've had this a lot with the stamp shops on Gap, esp if you're doing one of the early dates - as Timne says just put something in it will accept and put an explanation in your comments at the end.
I always submit a query through their website to tell them of the problem as well, as back up - very annoying if you have 2 or 3 to put through for the same people and it's the same problem each time.0 -
First MS tomorrow - pun lunch for TNS. Read and re-read the paperwork and think i know what I'm doing but I cn just tell I'm going to walk out the door and remember what I've forgotten!
I'll be sure to let you all know how I got on tomorrow night though - and thanks again for all the help, I really do appreciate it.
Off to bed now as my pillow is calling me after a very long and tiring day in my regualr job!
Goodnight all,

You have to laugh sometimes don't you??!!??
Despite the fact that the MS companies demand the highest standards in their reporting ... maybe the same doesn't apply to their staff!
There was a visit on 2 weeks ago for a certain location ... I thought about it, but when I checked the locations website I found that it was only open at weekends until the summer. As the final visit date was for a Friday I emailed the MS offices and let them know it wasn't open during the week until June. I got a reply asking if I'd do it on Saturday if they extended the date, I said yes if they paid mileage ... no response, and the visit disappears.
Fair do's thinks me ... but come Tuesday, the visit is back on .. same code, same start date .. but extended until ... THE FRIDAY! Email again and say ... fellas, this won't work ... they aren't open, as I said last week.
Get a response, would you like to do it? Same response from me, no reply and again it disappears from the available list.
So I log on today to see about the catalogue shop visits ... and guess what?? It's back!!!! The end date? Yesterday ... a Friday again!
Good to see MS companies are living up to the high standards they expect of us eh??? :rotfl:£10 a day in November = £593.31 / £3000 -

I have also got paid from RE on the 2nd not sure why is early.
The only thing I can think of is if they have processed the payments because of the bank holiday, but I wouldn't have thought it would affect the payments for the 15th anyway because they usually process the about the 10th don't they?

Hi all
Can I just say, as someone who was mystery shopped in a previous career (casino employee) twice and now mystery shops, that I feel sorry for the staff sometimes! I got a terrible write up the first time it happened to me and a glowing one the next time, so they cancelled each other out!
Also, I do most of mine for GR and I find them really helpful and personable.0
