*RETAIL EYES*
Anybody else noticed that the "Essential Maintenance" has resulted in a redundant second "AVAILABLE ASSIGNMENTS" tab being introduced which does nothing?
Their system really is a joke. I think they must have some ambitious IT technician who is trying to be a whizz-kid but who is actually screwing up their system!!!!0 -
*Thinking out loud mode*
Just read the thread - yep, all of it.
FWIW - have any of those who MS the "greasy burger" outlets, and so obviously know that asking for a receipt immediately sends a signal of MS on board ... ever considered asking the other members on this forum who do NOT participate in MS - to always ask for a receipt?
Newbie enthusiasm, maybe ... or a simple idea that might also lead to higher standards for more of us, more of the time?
From now on, and not an MS, I will always ask for a receipt, just to get the attention I deserve, lol!!!!If many little people, in many little places, do many little things,
they can change the face of the world.

Asking for a receipt hasn't made any difference to the service I have received in the golden arches during my MS.
Most of the CM's appear to be on automatic pilot, & don't seem to register the unusual request for a receipt. Still, I can't blame them as it must be a tedious job most of the time.

Yeah asking for a receipt is something I and my friends and family do now - it's brilliant! I also have my mates ordering separately when we're in a group, all asking for receipts0

This is exactly what I've thought about them for the last 6-ish months. Constantly trying to have a new flash little thing on the site - they must be paying this IT person with our reduced fees!0 -

It was clicking my stop watch I was really looking forward to :rotfl:
More seriously, many thanks, and all credit to you Timmne for the OP on this thread !!!If many little people, in many little places, do many little things,

Oh dear Timmne, you will have the green police after you, for wasting paper & contributing to the demise of the ozone layer !!!![or something similar]
Good idea though!!!!! Will give it a go when not MS, mind you it's the only time I eat in those places.2011, this will be my year .0 -
It saves money on going to the theatre - the staff at the greasy burger are far better at cabaret than I've ever seen elsewhere!0

My teenage son always asks for a receipt and they're never sure what to do because on the one hand he looks a bit young to be a MS and dresses like a goth but on the other hand he's ordered something from the list and has asked for a receipt. 9 times out of 10 the show begins:rotfl:0 -
I must admit that since reading this thread I always ask for a receipt but I've never had any special treatment even though I get the kids to order their's seperately. As I've never actually MSed them I'm wondering if what I order isn't on the 'list'. Usually a normal meal and hot chocolate.0
