I am with several mystery shopping companies but the highest paid one is the one I just joined. Web addy is www.frontlinefocus.com They currently have a lot of MBNA visits where you check a list of where reps are and opt for as many as you like. The reps are all over the UK and also in airports ( landside and airside) You just sign up for a credit card but not giving your real name so you won't be inundated with spam mail. On return you fill in a straightforward questionnaire on the process and that's it.

Hope this is useful for anyone interested. It is my 1st post but I have had useful help on here and am glad to play my part in helping others.

Anyone wanting more detailed info on the list of companies I am with PM me as I don't know how much detail I can post publicly as MS companies have small print telling you not to divulge anything about them or their clients.

Thanks for the info Hollypear - but you are not allowed to disclose fees and client names. You might want to edit your post in regards to it. ;)

    *RETAIL EYES- YET AGAIN*

In the last two days I have accepted two assignments.

I have recieved an email straight after asking that I send an email to somebody specific to confirm that I will doing the assignemtn and what date.

This is so tedious and repetitive, not to mention completing making redundant the whole idea of their website? Anybody else had similar experiences?

It seems like i'm continously moaning about RE, I do plenty of jobs for them and enjoy them but their seem to be increasingly caught by red-tape and needless repetition!!!!!!

    *RETAIL EYES*

Anybody else noticed that the "Essential Maintenance" has resulted in a redundant second "AVAILABLE ASSIGNMENTS" tab being introduced which does nothing?

Their system really is a joke. I think they must have some ambitious IT technician who is trying to be a whizz-kid but who is actually screwing up their system!!!!

I found that too today but thought it was my pc playing up.It is a pain. They brought in a new software system in March and I submitted a report which took me an hour as they wanted as well as a questionnaire filled in a 250 word report. Took me ages and when I clicked submit it vanished into cyberspace so they asked me to do it all over again.

Haven't had that but last week I accepted 2 assignments filled in the eligibility question thing, got accepted, chose a date and next say only 1 of them was on my current assignments goodness knows where the other one went. I also find it annoying that one particular assignment you have to say what's right and left AND take a photo of the shop AND upload a photograph of the receipt. They don't seem to trust us too much.

    Hi,

just a quick question. I have signed up to be a MS with a couple of companies and wondered about BAI as they need you to be certified if I have read things correctly. Is it worth paying the fees and is work freely available.

    Thanks for your help.

You don't have to be certified to work for BAI. The certificate you can quote on their website is more interesting for the american mystery shopping market.

Think that's more applicable in the US. I am with several companies and are not signed up with BAI. Hope that helps you.
