I don't know about any other mystery shoppers but since doing it I find I am afflicted with an obsession now even just doing my own shopping. I now always find myself observing whether shop assistants smile, make eye contact etc even mentally noting names on staff badges. I have to keep reminding myself I am not out doing "work"

I wonder if anyone can help. I've just completed a fast food mystery shop. I've completed my online report for GB but it keeps bringing up the same error message telling me i haven't put a comment in for 'other' on Q32. . I HAVE put a comment in and it keeps telling me i haven't. I've tried to contact GB but no response.

I'm worried i will not hear from them before the 8 hour report deadline.

Has anyone else had an error that kept appearing even when you've corrected everything. Any tips on what to do?

    thanks.

Weesutt I am trying to think who GB are? to see if i can help. A lot of the MS companies have software problems sometimes and they usually don't penalise you for it.
Maybe you could try rewording your answer. and see if that works. Most MS companies have contact us details often a phone number and an email link.

I would just mark the questionnaire with something it WILL accept and then just stick a note about it in the end comments box.

They most definitely won't get back to you in 8 hours; you have more chance of becoming the new mayor of London!

Hi Woosutt i think your talking about the golden arches form and the question about whether any of the staff were helping families, carrying trays etc. I have never got that bit to work for me either. What you need to do is click on no you saw no behaviour like this then in the comments section at the end explain what you saw and say that the report wouldnt allow you to enter the details. I went round and round in circles trying to get it to work and ended up giving up !!

    Hope this helps

    *RETAIL EYES- YET AGAIN*

In the last two days I have accepted two assignments.

I have recieved an email straight after asking that I send an email to somebody specific to confirm that I will doing the assignemtn and what date.

This is so tedious and repetitive, not to mention completing making redundant the whole idea of their website? Anybody else had similar experiences?

It seems like i'm continously moaning about RE, I do plenty of jobs for them and enjoy them but their seem to be increasingly caught by red-tape and needless repetition!!!!!!

Same here; in the reply email I asked why this confirmation was needed.

Is it a pool job? Mine is and I reckon it could be because with the fee & reimbursment it's a few quid more than their usual jobs.

The 'special' notes & bonus payment for these just seems a bit pathetic IMO.

I've done this before, and they've always been fine with it.

    P.S. I think GB = Gap Burger

GB stands for Gapbuster, like RE for Retail Eyes and ISC for International Service Check. ;)

What sites come highly recommended for high amount of jobs as the one I use is not that good.

    Cheers
they all vary depending on area and the more people that join after reading this thread means less jobs as there are more people
