none of it is meant to be subjective and that it's meant to be an objective, factual report
Ah, I think this is the bit they are saying you may have misinterpreted then.
Sometimes you do get asked for your subjective opinion on a store - stamp shops are ones that spring to mind, so yes, you will be asked for your subjective opinion sometimes.
This may be something like, "If you were in the market for this product, would you have bought it, based on your experience today?"
So to say none of it is subjective would be incorrect.
I passed TNS and put in something to this effect in that part of the response.

I've had one of these today and I couldn't find staff in all departments so just left it! Haven't submitted report yet. Probably no point either if not going to get paid :(quote]
Still submit the report and just make a big point about how there were no staff to serve you. How can you evaluate service that is not there, for no apparant reason.
I'm going to fight my way on this one. I haven't had a reply to my response yet but I'm going to follow it up.
The point of these shops is to evaluate the service as it was at that moment in time. At that moment (and for an adequate amount of time spent waiting) the service wasn't there. Had I waited and waited I would have eventually found someone and then maybe marked them positively if they were helpful etc. However, the store then gets positive report which it really doesn't deserve.0 -

If you keep both the instructions and the questionnaire windows open, you should be able to check your answers as you go along.0 -

You could get someone else (preferably really critical) to read it through first before you resubmit it? If you write all of your answers in word it will highlight your errors. Bear in mind though that it only tells you when your punctuation, spelling and grammer is incorrect. It won't tell you whether it's technically up to scrtach or give you any suggestion how to improve it.
For TNS you should avoid long, over punctuated explanations as it just comes across as waffle! That's what I had to edit out!
lol just noticed your grammer and scratch. lol0
