Do you have to be with GAP for a certain length of time before you can see coffee jobs, or have I just been too slow on the uptake?

You have to be invited to do the coffee jobs as you need to have the equipment sent to you. There is no harm in e-mailing them and requesting to be put on the list, so if someone in your area drops out (or gets sacked) you would be interested in doing them.

it was all spelt correct certainly not over punctuated

lol just noticed your grammer and scratch. lol

Ok mistake corrected. I did say I wasn't that clever! One was a spelling mistake and the other was just typing too fast and not paying attention. I have been doing 14 hour night shifts all week!

But yes you're right, I'll go and stand in the corner with the pointy 'D' hat on!

Both of these are examples of words that would not be picked up by spell check - they are spelt correctly, but are not used in the right context - it should be too not to, it not in.

There should two spaces after a full stop.

I appreciate you have said you use a different style of writing for forums, but errors like the ones highlighted above could be the reason why TNS keep declining you.

    Hope this helps. :D

Does anyone remember how long it takes for the coffee kit to arrive once you have been told you are getting it? I have a job lined up to use it next Sunday but it hasn't arrived yet - and they STILL haven't replied to my query about the coffee shop being within a private holiday park for which admission has to be paid.

So TNS are being picky about grammar, are they? Is this is same TNS who conclude their contract with 'These terms and conditions of Engagement is ...' ??????

It is a shame you don't like closer to me, you could have borrowed my kit, as I don't know when / if I will need it again. I did a visit in January and reported the store as being very short staffed which left standards slipping, as in the ladies loo, the cleaning cupboard was unlocked and the bottle of bleach did not have a lid on. had a child gone in without supervision, it didn't bear thinking about what could have happened. After putting this all in the report, I was sacked from doing this chain again as I gave irrelevant information regarding the job  hello ???? why are we there in the first place  . Initially I was asked to return my kit by Jan 31st, but I asked for a full explanation to my sacking and confirmation they would not use the report I had submitted (and not paid for) and I was asked to hang onto the kit incase the decision was reversed, well here I am 4 months later, still with the kit and still "barred" from the jobs, the person who sacked me has now left the company, so you never know, I may get them back, one day, meanwhile I will hang onto the bulky scales which never did fit properly in my handbag :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: ,
