If it's an RE job you should go to 'my assignments' and press the 'release this job' key. (I think that's what it's called - haven't worked for them for a while). AFIAK that is an automated process which will then put the job back on the website for other people to pick up.
Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).

Thanx, was thinking of goin 2.30ish, but will aim for earlier. It also says if I take someone uner 18 they must have a meal also, but what if they are under the age of eating proper meals! i can't force a bit of steak down him!
I'll have break that rule then!

If he's just a baby, they'll understand. We've done jobs before and taken the baby, and we don't order a meal for her.
Oh dear, had to cancel now due to 'unforseen circumstances' (1st MS cancellation ever!)

Do RE work on weekend to receive my e-mail?

Can you do it another time? I had to cancel one last weekend as I was poorly. I spoke to RE on Monday and they said I can do it this weekend instead. It's a shame to lose a free feed and no cooking/washing up!
Here I go again on my own....

Well the thing I was worried about happening came this morning. Rather than reply to my email last night about being allocated an assignment date for yesterday even though I didn't request the shop until gone 8pm last night and the shop had closed 3 hours previously, I've instead received emails this morning saying my reports are overdue! Of course they are!! I've not done any assignments for this company yet and am now really worried they are going to cancel the other assignments I've got booked for a few weeks time.
Don't worry about that, it is an automatic message which get sent if you don't key in your results in time. Usually you select the date you can do the shop before you add it into your basket. Have a look under "my assignments" and click on reschedule, if there are no other dates showing, then send them an e-mail asking if they can reschedule it for you to a specified date. If they can then they will and hopefully you'll get a reply either way.

I just accepted a mystery shopper assignment where I have to sign up for a bank account. On the details it says I need a household income of at least £15,000, which it is, I live with my parents.

When I accepted and read the assignment it's telling me when I'm asked for "your income" I must say a value at least £15,000. I only earn about 12K.

    Am I supposed to lie?

When I requested the assignments last night, I requested them to be done today before adding them to my basket. It was only when I downloaded the evaluation paperwork that they had it that the shop should have been done yesterday. Bit silly on their part for allocating me an assignment that was due 3 hours after shop was closed! If I've not heard back from them by MOnday I'll email them again. I've never done anything for them before so not sure what to expect with efficiency of replys to queries or problems?

I sent an e-mail just before my last post, but as I got no reply i released. There were only 2 days to choose from originally, so I couldn't re-schedule.

    Hi

Im sure it will be fine, I told them I earnt less than 15,000. I earn less than 15,000 but because my husband earns more our house holdincome is over the 15,000. They will ask you questions about what bills you pay and what other members of your household pay to work out what spare cash you have each month.
