but the council, if youre in a council home, should rehouse you if you are a couple and have one child. its overcrowding.
a neighbour has just been offered a 2 bed round the corner and she lives with her partner and 8 year old child. they only got a move after she got a psych report.
thats outrageous imho. an 8 year old still sharing with her parents. is not right. There's someone in my head, but it's not me0 -
It is not always a choice to have children.
If someone is raped, or even just becomes pregnant by accident (no contraception is 100%), if they have religious or moral objections to abortion, what do you suggest that they do? Things are not always as black and white as you make out.
I do not believe that, when it comes to social housing, a claimant should expect each child to have their own room. I know of many families with mortgages whose children have to share, and it has not been to their detriment. However, your view of the situation is totally unrealistic, and does not take into account individual circumstances.Gone ... or have I?0 -

If your a couple in a 1 bedroom house then yes because the child needs his/her own room, but to have another child when room is tight is who's fault? Yours or the councils? Why not wait until you are rehomed into a bigger house? I know the waiting list is long but you cannot blame the council.
You have a roof over your heads, some people have none and some live in a hostel, it's just as well you are not. You are not on the streets.
Ant this is my opinion so keep it clean please
