It’s an ongoing circle of monotony. Snowing here, travelling to work will be fun am. I was wrecked this morning really struggled to get out of bed. Did my budget today for feb, payday next Friday. £475 going into deposit savings and £100 going to the credit card. The sooner it’s gone now the better. Diet is going well this week, planning a treat on Thursday though possibly a Chinese. Having a coffee and then il start on the chicken curry for dinner. Really gotten into cauliflower rice again. Still haven’t started Febs book, hopefully get onto that tomorrow. Both parents have now had their first vaccine so I’m pleased about that.0

I do admire your routine. I can't read anymore, always think I should be working or doing some house stuff. and your ability to stick to a food plan.
This lockdown is definitely harder.

I think focusing on my diet and setting small goals for myself helps distract me with everything that’s going on in the world right now! Buffy there is always housework I should be doing it’s just not one of my priorities right now but I hope to make it one again soon.1

Came into work in a reasonably good mood this morning. Two conversations have totally changed that. Feeling totally deflated like why I bother, someone said to me sure you know that there is no future in your area of the business so if you get another year out of it so be it. Anyway had a good chat with my manager and back on an even keel now. Dying for some chips, trying to hold off until tomorrow. Feel like PMT is setting in. Gr80

Ended up getting chips! No big deal just means treat meal planned for tomorrow has been replaced with tonight’s chips. Hoping to get a good nights sleep tonight and hopefully a peaceful day in work tomorrow. Looking forward to the weekend just for the mental break from work. Lots of new housing developments springing up here, I don’t think I want a new build but it will create a bit of movement. It’s strange I really am getting a bit freaked out at how close to buying I’m getting (time wise). I remember sitting thinking 2022 is so far away and now it’s nearly here! Plenty to do and get done inbetween1

Oh dear today hasn’t started off well, my team haven’t been paid right so their pay is all down. Just what you want to be met with.Believe it or believe it not I’ve had someone come to ask me if you cut the mould off mouldy bread can you still eat it! Someone who has owed out all of their weekly pay before they’ve even got it on dope. I’m tired banging my head off a brick wall trying to talk some sense into them.Another colleague is really struggling and has made the decision to hand in their notice, I’m worried out them as their mum died by suicide.Anyway I’m focusing on getting myself through the day and having a relaxing weekend. There is heavy snow forecast for Saturday but I’m only to make a conscious effort to get out this weekend for a walk at some point even if it’s only for half an hour, to get some fresh air and try and appreciate the small things.Going to do a meal plan today for the weekend, that worked really well for last weekend and kept me on track.Might also get a coffee from the Starbucks drive through on the way home and have a scoot round Poundland.1

Never bothered with Starbucks or Poundland. Went to Sainsbury’s instead. Spent £52 on groceries to last til payday. I did absolutely nothing today, fell asleep at about 12pm and woke half an hour ago. I think my brain has starting shutting down during stressful times hence the sleep. Not sure what to have for dinner, pmt has me in strange mood, craving carbs and cheese. Don’t even feel like Friday night wine ! That’s a first.Snow is hitting us tomorrow bad so tomorrow will probably a day of hibernation. Hate trying to drive in it. Good for not spending any money but not much else !0
