You need to bulk your meals out with veg and salad to help keep you fuller for longer. I'm doing the 16:8 diet at the moment and that seems to be going well. I basically eat between the hours of 12 and 8 but you can choose any 8 hour period during the day tbh*Dad loan - £5300 - £7200

Thanks Sarah, yes I also need to up my water game. I’m having relaxed weekend now and then refocus for Monday.Went to Poundland after work and stocked up on some essentials from there, toothpaste etc. Also went to see the house for sale and the development I was talking about yesterday, decided the developments not what I’m after. Revisited my fave areas again and am now convinced I have the location sorted and have 3 developments where I would be happy to live ranked from one to three by preference.Exciting!Love getting a bit or a remotivator every so often! Really glad I didn’t hit ASOS last night now. Time to get that credit card balance gone!Watching it’s a sin, never seen it before and they were talking about it on the radio this morning. I’m now wondering how I’ve never seen or heard of it before !0

New week, extra half hour in bed this morning an half an hr less to my working week as we’ve changed our opening hours. Food really wasn’t good from the middle of last week onwards so getting pack on plan today and trying to plan out my week. I def need more of a plan for the weekends so working on that this week. I’ll weigh on Thursday and then take it from there. Will finish January’s book over the next couple of days and then pick one for Feb from my stash.Think snow is heading our way later in the week.On a plus making some headway with the freezer!0

On the money front I have £40 left for petrol and & £80 left for food until the 19th. Petrol will be fine, just have to go easy on the groceries. Need to buy some salad bits today and then that should be it until the weekend.0

Had snow to deal with this morning on my way to work, so ready for spring. Stuck to my eating plan yesterday so I’m pleased about that, planning on being virtuous until weigh in on Thursday morning. Going to try and finish my book today and then move on to Book 2 Dorothy Koomson, All my lies are true. Was planning on skinny burgers with salad for dinner but might end up being burgers with mush and onion as it’s not really salad weather plus will save me going to the shop0

Another lb down so 10lbs lost in total since starting, so happy to be in that next stone bracket. If I could get another 4lbs off this month to hit a stone off I’d be delighted. 10/106 so 96 more to lose. Lots I know but at least I’m on my way. Still haven’t finished the book bout 100 pages to go so that’s on my hit list for today. Last day of work for the week today, going to get a food plan done for the weekend. Things went very wrong from about last weds food wise and continued through the weekend so need to make sure that doesn’t happen again. Might make a bolognese as can freeze some for lunches. Also want to try the Tuscan chicken from the pinch of nom book. Have a £5 off £40 spend voucher for M&S so will prob use that today, need some salad bits to go with the bolognese. 2 more weeks to payday, feeling it this month. Bought my team a lunch last week and that £50 so that’s prob were I am down. Anyway carry on. As long as I have enough for groceries and petrol il be fine. So glad I didn’t make that ASOS purchase now, I see they have sent me another 20 per cent off code this morning. I’m going to hold off and squirrel away a few £s now to treat myself to a few bits when I have a bit more weight lost, maybe the 3 stone mark. Good incentive for now.1

This weekend is going much better food wise no takeaways! As usual it’s never a proper day off and had a couple of work calls. Had a bit of a sore throat today, hoping that’s just a cold and will pass. Had credit card statement today as it’s about £20 less than I thought it was so I’m pleased about that. Need to get it under £1000 as soon as possible. Haven’t left the house today so haven’t spent anything. Used my voucher yesterday in M&S and have everything for spaghetti Bol tomorrow and a chicken for Sunday. Decided to give Friday night wine a miss tonight and save the bottle for tomorrow night so I don’t have to spend anything else this weekend. Also good for the diet. Working my way through married at first sight Australia. Love that show, this is the third series I’ve watched. Also looking forward to starting the new Dorothy Koomson next week, didn’t realise when I picked it up it was a follow on from The Ice cream girls which I’ve already read and seen the series. Worrying about work is ever present in my mind but I’m trying to relax and enjoy my weekend. I’m focusing on putting the key in my own front door and being slimmer and happier when I do it.2

Already struggling this week with thoughts of naughty foods, will be a struggle to get to treat night on Thursday but I need too. On a plus have a pair of work trousers on today that I haven’t been able to wear in months coz they were too tight and now they are comfortable again. Four days of work this week again. The world seems very quiet today. Been really enjoying watching married at first sight, it kept me out of mischief over the weekend. Hoping for low spending this week, next Friday is payday so not much left now other than a bit of petrol and grocery money1

Forgot to say finished my book, so onto the 2nd one we go. All I’ve had today is calls from people saying how miserable they are. Def doesn’t seem to be just me.1
