Managed to drag myself out today, quick food shop in M & S. I’m ready for the Fast 800 now tomorrow. Also picked up a spring jacket for my niece for her 1st birthday next month and a wee tracksuit and dress. The6 had 30. Per cent off kids bits so thought I would get them when I saw them. Felt nice to get some air plus it was quiet when I went though Tesco car park looked really busy. Trying not to think about work now and enjoy the last hours of the weekend.0

Forced myself into work this morning, it seemed darker than usual at 7am. Peoples headlights seemed to be cutting the eyes out of me as well. Have updated signature with new totals. Payday isn’t until weds but they all move over by standard order anyway. Glad to be out of the 5ks now. Let’s hope I don’t get stuck in 6k for as long as I did 5k. First day of the Fast 800 and should be easy enough to stick to today.0

Starting to feel a very slight improvement. First day of Fast 800 done. Didn’t find it 2 difficult at all but I’m sure that will change. Going to try and read a bit more of my book today. Heavy rain here, just hasn’t stopped all morning. 2 more days of work this week.0

I’ve made it to Thursday, starting to feel a little better thank goodness. Looking forward to having the day off tomorrow, things to be positive about 6k in the bank saved for a deposit, budgets done and the rest of the month should hopefully be quiet and non eventful. Also stuck to the Fast 800 diet Mon to thurs and plan to repeat again next week. Not going to go wild with food over the weekend but looking forward to being a bit more relaxed and having a bacon sandwich tomorrow morning. Cold here like snow. Least il be indoors if it hits.1

Watching a dozy c5 movie this afternoon, trying to switch off. I’ve been looking at houses on the internet to try and spark some motivation and interest. Trying to keep real news minimal today, need some escapism from it. Came out to the living room this morning and lay on the settee watching the sun come up, it was a beautiful morning and I enjoyed it. There was a beautiful sky this morning. Also been window shopping on ASOS to motivate myself to stick with the diet. After 4 days of the Fast 800 my stomach has definitely shrunk and whilst I’m having relaxed weekends/ allowing myself whatever I want I’m definitely not going mad as I don’t want to undo all the good I’ve done.Prob be a no spend weekend, plenty in the fridge/freezer.0

Good news this morning on the scales front another 2 lbs down and finally into the next stone bracket! That on its own is motivation to keep going. Weight loss 9 /106 lbs. Long way to go but I’ll do it, feel like doing the Fast 800 mon to thurs is really going to help.3

Definitely starting to feel more like myself again. Not 100 per cent but more my normal than not. Change to work, I’ll only be working 4 days out of 5 for the next while. No change to my pay as for now I’m using AL. Our site is now closed on Fridays for the foreseeable. Can’t say I’m giving it too much thought right now. I’m past trying to fight the war and just riding out the storm now. Have to say I’m more interested in getting a Chinese on Thursday night! Thursday night is treat night, diet still going well.Finding I’m spending less on groceries atm due to eating less which can only be a good thing.Three things I can control and work on at the minute is sticking to my eating plan (treat night Chinese permitted), sticking to my commitment of reading one book a month ( haven’t got very far with the first one) and finally get this credit card debt paid off. If I end up out of a job I’m damned if I’m using my savings to pay it off/it will be one less thing to worry about. Thankful I have no other debt and my car is mine outright. I’d have been in a worse situation a few years ago.0

Struggling today with a massive piece of work and been fantasing about naughty foods since last night. I find Wednesdays difficult at the minute, hump day but Not close enough to the weekend for my liking!

Planning on going to check out another housing area development another potential area to consider nearby where houses seem to come up. That will give me something to do tomorrow after work. I feel like this year is just going to fly by and before we know it I’ll be off seriously looking.0

Friday at last! Wasn’t meant to be in today but had to come in to get some month end stuff done, will mean some AL going back in the bank which I won’t mind as who knows when I could need to trade it in the way things are going. Stopped myself with going ahead with an unnecessary ASOS spend last night which is good considering my focus is meant to be on clearing my credit card. Jeed up again by looking at houses and realising how near to buying one I am and I feel nowhere near ready! On a plus my credit files are starting to look good so at least they are getting in order. I no credit scores are irrelevant but I’ve gone from the lowest rating to now good. All hard work on repaying debt etc that is now starting to pay off.Really tired today, not many plans for the weekend, just have to call into the chemist for a Perscription, get a few groceries and go up and see this housing development. Roll on 1pm. So much hungrier this week as well, although I’m doing relaxed weekends need to make sure I don’t go wild as my good behaviours during the week will be for nothing.0
