Show us a copy of the ntk. That would massively help
bw are misleading you of course, If no claim has been entered. They MUST transfer liability if the driver name and address is supplied prior to court claim being filed. No ifs or buts.2 -
I have double checked (just to be sure), but it is definitely NCP and I definitely emailed their Data Protection address correctly etc and it’s been a shambles..
I forwarded my email string to BWL after that last email from them to confirm to them that it had been sent etc.No idea what this means at this time though!2 -
They have now responded, and all that is included is the original PCN and then the follow up PCN, which states that time has elapsed to appeal..
Nothing else.So what’s my move now?0 -
You would expect photos of your car, because all captures of the VRM are also your personal data.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Did the SAR include the letter or email the keeper sent, naming the driver? Double check that a name AND POSTAL ADDRESS was given, if you are saying NCP are still pursuing the keeper even though they've been given the name and a service address for the driver.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
