OK no worries, glad we got to the bottom of it.  I am happy to assist you with the OPS one.

Breaking news to the regulars here - Worthing Court has started to strike OPS cases out for abuse of process and an OP that myself and ParkingMad helped is about to update his thread with the Judgment or Order (no hearing needed, out it went, with the usual form of words copied from the Southampton case!).
    I have DM’d you, I think :)

So, following on from before, here we now are????
  • Another BWLegal claim that is flawed right from the start.....  THEY HAVE ADDED A FAKE £60

Just like the PCN, they have to prove the £60.   BWL fail everytime to explain apart from saying they are allowed to add £60 because the code of practice says they can for debt recovery ????

Can they prove the claim of £60 in real time, can they provide invoices to the parking company from the debt collector and indeed if the parking company ever paid the debt collector £60.BWLegal are making the claim so let's see the evidence.
    YOU need to ask them

See what the courts think about this add-on of £60

BWLegal and parking companies will be aware that false accounting is a criminal offence

Even better, they have gone and called them "Initial Legal Costs"; although no doubt it will be changed back to "Debt Collection Costs" or something similar when they issue the claim.

Eh? You won't get rid of them until you win in court.

We can't answer people one by one like this, about the basics.  It's not how this forum works!

Not sure what you need to know that's not already in the NEWBIES thread post #2 section all about LBC stage.  We can't handle threads where people are not referring back to the advice thread first at every stage.

Your actions are to read the NEWBIES thread and do what it says there for LBC stage and don't ask us 'do I send a SAR?' Yes, do what the NEWBIES thread tells you to.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No problem. I was not the driver at the time, so I’m assuming they’ll be info for what to say regarding that in the Newbies LBC bit.

    Thanks 👍🏽

No, just add that as a fact though, that you were not the driver and ask if their client believes they can rely on the POFA or not.
