    Hahaha, OPS.
Which location of car park?  LOL.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

OH DEAR, DCBL do not understand what the PaP means .....  that's Pre Action Protocol

The letter must give you 30 days to respond, enclose proof of their claim and forms to complete. You never complete the forms.

The mind boggles at such incompetence

And their claim has added a fake £60  which is unlawful which the courts keep telling these bonzos is ABUSE OF PROCESS

  • Hi OP.  Follow the advice of the experts to get the charge cancelled - and then send a letter before claim regarding breach of GDPR and harassment (Vidal-Hall v Google).  If no response, send another saying you will commence legal proceedings.  I would suggest £300 to keep the moneyclaim fee low.   I recently won a case against APCoA.  I am looking at another local parking company and may have to incur a parking charge to flush out the landowner - having looked on Land Registry.

Because I am happy to assist anyone with an OPS claim and I speak in court for people in Horsham/Brighton/Worthing/Lewes against parking firm claimants for free.  Which location plase, of that car park?  Send me a pm if you prefer.

I won't link the NEWBIES thread or the template defence thread.  They are both announcements at the top of this forum and my signature tells people where the little link is at the top of any page, to hop back to page one (not on a phone please).
Thanks, the original car park was an NCP on Crawley Boulevard, East Crawley.

Original documents from Trace etc say NCP so unsure as to why it’s OPS now...

There seems to be a second page to the letter (not shown) which will, no doubt, contain the time limits. @OP - how long does the letter give you to respond, 14 days or 30 days?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
