HSBC Bounce back loan

I’ve spoken with HSBC just now. 

I Informed them that I applied on Monday 4th and heard nothing - He told me
that I would need to apply again as they had errors on the system on Monday 4th. 

I told him I applied on Wednesday the 13th again already but noticed my sort code was incorrect so re-applied directly after - He informed me that won’t be a problem as they use the latest application. He told me to watch out for emails and couldn’t put a timeframe on it. 

So I guess I will be somewhere down the queue now.

Well I applied on the 6th and received no notification so I have just re applied and this got an email confirmation so no doubt back of the que again, hey ho.

Has anyone opened an HSBC account for the purposes of getting this loan? I applied for an account last Friday (business) and heard nothing yet

Applied on 5th Tuesday and received an email from hsbc on 10th Sunday advising that I would receive the offer from echosign to sign/confirm the offer. As of today no updates. So 9 days from application still didn't get the echosign document. Glad to hear that some are receiving the funds though,

Update: today at noon time received and signed the echosign document. 10 days in total from application to receipt of echosign document. Hopefully it will be shorter to receive the funds.

When I telephoned HSBC yesterday one of the pre-recorded messages said that it could take 3 weeks if you were applying for a business account

I applied to HSBC last Thursday, just before Bank Holiday and not a peep.

11 days from application to money going in for us but we applied the first day so hoping it may have sped up since then. Good luck!

Finally got my Echo Doc to sign, will wait to see how long money takes.
