Good news Harley, my DD was set up overnight so expecting a drop of money go in today.

Don't count your chickens about getting your money within the 48 hours of signing echosign document, my DD mandate was set up within an hour of me signing, I have an email off some one from HSBC confirming I will get payment within 48 hours, after no payment yesterday was told will be escalated and not to worry as payments can go in Saturday or Sunday well I needed that money weeks ago when first applied, there's no communication between departments, leadership from higher management and I personally feel Noel Quinn should be summoned to house of Lords to answer questions on HSBC failure and I've emailed him direct and copied in Rishi Sunak in regards to a complaint

Update my funds have just cleared 16 days from application, numerous calls, emails and stress but light at end of tunnel for other people waiting

Has anyone noticed that they’ve changed the application process and now when you enter your annual turnover the website automatically calculates 25% of that and fills in the loan amount? I didn’t apply for my full 25% and I now regret it (I didn’t know whether I as going to be considered based on the amount requested so went for a lower figure). Does anyone know if they would consider a top up loan of some sort to match the 25%? FYI it’s well below £50K.

Hello I do have a question , ok I did applied for the Bbls on 12th with the option trough my personal account which I am using for my business , I have started the business after 6 of April 2019 but a lot of money passed through this account, now I just phoned to hsbc business to follow up on my app status the customer representative put me on a hold for 30 min and came back to tell me basically that I need to open business account because my business started after 6 of April and can’t be verified and there is no 2018-19 taxes,so after I open the business account I will be able to apply , but on their application the option to apply is there why is there when you can’t be verified as business nevertheless also when so much money has been paid into the account for the business? 

Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks

I am in the same boat. I applied last Friday, was calculated £22864 in first six month from Oct. 

The clown I spoke to yesterday stated I needed business or feeder. 

Application and the official documents by the governing body states its OK 🤷‍♂️

So what now wait for another Month to open business account or feeder? Yes I also requested 23000 nevertheless I’ve could ask for more then that and they can see how much money went through this account and still some bull#### coming from business department I am on hold now for more then 1hour again to escalate this issue and ask for more explanation .

I emailed the the CEO and someone called me and opened a complaint and she said she would escalate the application. Today's update: Signed the 3rd echosign agreement yesterday, this morning the DDM appeared in the app. Still no money! 18 days since applying.
