Thanks Panpapaws you cheered me up. Sorry for the rant. Going to wait until the kids (his son and daughter) have finished their current school year. Its only fair. No point in upsetting their schooling moving them before the summer.

i have been reading everyones posts and i am glad its not just ME!!! I owe loads to several banks. I want to be out of debt next year!! anyone got any tips??

Well I managed to make all my payments. Have decided to study with OU. That means I can't make over payments on my loan for about 4 months which is a pain. but I want to study and it will mean a better job in the end. and more respect in my current one.

I am still going to pay 10,000 off my debt - ie my loan. just got to do some re jigging!

ooo My Wonderful Mum cut my hair - saving me 50-75 pounds! very pleased with it!

another £10 for me to add. again its going straight in my bank and of my overdraft but thats part of this challenge so im happy. i won with some free money mecca bingo gave me for a survey and still have some to try and win with tonight. just would only let me withdraw 12pound though.

i did make £100 on ebay but this is going to buy food this month thanks to the mess we are in. also withdrew £70 from slice the pie but husband is going away and will need some of that. whatevers left at the end of the month i will add to total but to be honest cant see there being much this is just helping keep away from the overdraft limit. if that mekes sense. it is money of the debts as its keeping things down but wont look like its making much of a dent as i need food.

Not much to report from me. Congrats on the planned move in with the BF unixgirluk, best way to see it is at least you have a few months to make a big dent in the debts.

Well done jpwhittle on the slice the pie amount. Have made £10 from it so far, but have to admit am getting rather fed up listening to all the tracks.

I've signed up to a few mystery shops and sold some things on ebay, nothing else to list on ebay though, but will include all that when i get it.

However, Jan is a tight month for me as I'm really wanting to work at the driving lessons so that i can soon set up my mobile Indian head massage business, so that will take out a big chunk of this month's money. So, although my total won't be going up much, it won't be going down either, but will continue all my money making schemes to attempt to make some kind of dent.

hi unixgirluk congratulations on the move!I know what you are saying about the bills but it could work out better for you as surely your other half will help out with the rent/mortgage bills etc so wont you be better off?

Well since going back to work i've had less chance to earn or save money for this challenge, but still persevering. I have been busy doing some more slice the pie and daily clicks. Also trying to keep up entering competitions, i don't know how some people can enter so many in a day, no wins as yet but i wont despair. I made a little bit through matched betting though so that's helped my total and i got a £50 pay out from Global test market so once the cheque has cleared and been put in the right account i will add them.

Unfortunately my total has temporarily headed in the wrong direction - thanks to a £50 balance transfer fee and interest applied to my old card before the transfer. Trying to to get disheartened as will save money in the long run but it is depressing

On the plus side I have £43 of Amazon payments pending so I suppose that virtually cancels out the transfer fee
