The above actions are what will get the scamvoice cancelled so your dad won't have anything to worry about.I sent the letter that Beamerguy drafted and only edited it slightly to include the store postcode, and maybe one or 2 small alterations, but nothing substantial.It was sent to the CEO/Head office

Thank you for emailing Steve Rowe about your father's parking charge notice. Steve is aware of your email and I have been asked to reply on his behalf.
I can understand the frustration with the charge being issued and I appreciate visits to our stores our taking longer at the moment due to the social distancing measures we have in place.
I have therefore contacted Eurocarparks on your father's behalf and I am pleased to confirm the notice has been cancelled. I hope your father will continue to enjoy shopping in the store and on behalf of Steve, thank you again for contacting us.

The interesting thing is that M&S can cancel Euro tickets as they clearly have a contract with them on stand alone sites. My local M&S is a stand alone and they employ Euro. The point being that whether or not it's a stand alone site or a retail park, they can cancel Euro tickets and location should not be an issue . Of course proof of purchases will be required

I agree common sense prevailed.It's always being polite but firm when complaining.I never like to go in guns blazing in the beginning as people are more likely to be helpful and persuaded if you go in with a more friendlier approach and let the facts speak for themselves.4
