Slightly off track, Marks and Spencer have teamed up with Ocado to offer a delivery service later this year. Missed a trick there as all except Aldi and Lidl are delivering.
I would imagine that even after lock down more people will have their groceries delivered.

I would imagine that even after lock down more people will have their groceries delivered.Especially if they're not too fussed when they get a bag of dog biscuits as a replacement for the joint of beef they ordered! 😄Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

More people now working from home and some of this will continue after lock down. Friends of mine have had questionnaires about how they feel about working at home and if they would like to consider it in the future. Some firms may downsize premises. This will all impact on car parks in railway stations etc.
Life will be different after Coronavirus.

It would be ironical if after threatening motorists with bailiffs for years the PPC's become on the receiving end. You never know you may see the pram come up for sale.

Hi all, just to let you know that I have sent the e-mail that Beamerguy kindly drafted to the CEO of M&S today. I'll let you know if I receive a reply by the 12th May.If I should not receive a successful reply by the 12th, should it be appealed with POPLA?My father would lose the payment discount, so a very good chance of winning the appeal would be required that would make it worthwhile appealing - I know my father has the moral case but actually winning the appeal maybe a different matter! Many thanks3

My father would lose the payment discount, so a very good chance of winning the appeal would be required that would make it worthwhile appealingYou do know that won't win almost any appeal directly with the PPC, don't you? You might win via POPLA if you get your head around how to do it. But even if you don't win a POPLA appeal, there's no need to pay ECP, nor to be overly concerned about them.

The discount doesn't matter. He won't be paying anyway, win or lose at POPLA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
