How on earth would that comply with social distancing? Anyway, a haircut is not essential unless you're a frontline worker and it's getting in the way of a proper fit for respirators or masks (but clips would most likely do the job in a pinch whatever your gender or usual style).
Of course it's against social /physical distancing!  And people wonder why the others are getting infected? Too many going against the requirements and thinking it's OK.

Scrunchies will be the next item missing from the shelves!
I may try the twist 'n' cut as my hairdresser does it to my hair - I've tried to see a pattern to her doing it though it seems random so it can't go too wrong - can it???  :)

Tried that and there wasnt anyone.

Though right at this exact moment - I can't get into Facebook at all - though I did first thing this morning.

This is only the 2nd time ever this has happened and the first time was after Lockdown started. I've had a computer for over 10 years - but never experienced that problem prior to Lockdown. Maybe I shouldnt have tried looking up David Icke's Facebook page to see if it's true he really has been banned from Facebook? Okay - he's rather wacky sometimes - but we do have "freedom of speech" - well we did!

Hopeful signs this morning - article in the Daily Mail saying fertility clinics can apply to re-open (with all that Covid protection stuff) as from 11 May. I will expect hairdressers - and absolutely everyone else as well - to re-open on 11 May then as well - or be wondering why unfertile couples got "special treatment" over the rest of us if they don't.

Note about to go in diary - EVERYTHING should be open again 11 May "ring hairdresser".

QUOTE FOR PROOF ALL SHOULD BE OPEN THEN:

Better a (trained) random stranger if I can't get my own hairdresser.

People will vary obviously - as does their hair and some of us need our regular haircuts more than others (as others have better hair).

Still want to look like me for those people I do see - albeit out and about and usually strangers.

Personally - we all have our different takes on whether we'd be okay about catching covid or no. So my own personal take is I'm not "vulnerable" group or living with anyone in "vulnerable" group. Those I know that are in this group aren't in this area anyway and not able to see them until life returns to Normal. So, for myself personally, and not being BAME or "vulnerable" or background of poor diet etc (having noted poorer areas seem to have a higher incidence of this) - so I'd rather "catch it and get it over and done with" and not be at risk of anyone trying to deny me access to anything in the future if I didn't have a vaccine (ie I'd be permanently barred until I'd caught it - as I don't have vaccinations). I doubt I'd be someone that would get it to "serious" level anyway and, if I was wrong on that, then my choice would be to be dead by the end of the day anyway (I certainly wouldnt go on a ventilator or anything) and then I'd be free to get on with my life again (or my "afterlife" in "Heaven" more to the point and so much better by far than any life on Earth......).

So for a healthy white non-vaxxer living on their own - then my own personal take is "get it over and done with" and that's that.

I had a similar opinion early on when every death being reported was someone elderly and/or with underlying health conditions.
    I've since revised my opinion.
My very short, very fine hair will just have to be acceptable to strangers.
