    I asked you four questions.

You decided not to answer any of them.

    Good luck.

Yeah but they mentioned the old Goldstone ground (sold by the horrendous Bill Archer to make way for a retail park and to try to cause my beloved club to go under and for him to profit - it's all in the BHA archives...) so they are in my area...and UKPC cases are so easy to win!

To the OP, please please just calm down.  If you have already appealed and they've reissued the PCN as a postal one with a new PCN number, did the rejection letter not have a POPLA code at the top?  Sounds like they replied to you appeal (check your emails in case it went into spam).

Or have they only issued the one thing, the 'new' postal PCN?  And not yet replied to your appeal?

If so, await the POPLA code and rejection email/letter (keep checking your spam emails).  Then come back to read the third post of the NEWBIES thread, and not on a phone.

I'll go to court with you, if the appeal doesn't work.  I act as a lay representative and speak for victims, free of charge v PPCs at Brighton, Lewes and Worthing courts.

If you can't find the NEWBIES thread that was just underneath where you clicked on the  button, and asks you to read it before you start a new thread, how are you going to use the rest of the information you will be guided to?

You need to learn how to use this site. Sending you a link won't show you where any of the other information you will need is going to be. It's like asking for a chamber pot in a restaurant because you didn't see the sign for the toilets that was just inside the door when you came in.

Either go back to the page you started on or click on the link at the top of this page that looks like this.

Then click on the NEWBIES thread that looks like this.

Thank you for your help coupon_mad.
    A logical answer.
This is what I have been sent.
I do not have any receipts as I did not make a purchase.

That's fine.  No paying this scam PCN.

The penultimate line tells you that they will later issue a POPLA code!

Do I just send them this in the appeal or wait for the POPLA?

    Re PCN number:

I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.

There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.

If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made - showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.

If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner
